Good day, I tried creating a support ticket, but was facing an error saying “Cannot read properties of undefined (reading ‘status’)”

My issue is that I am trying to use one of the demos “Next Corporate”, but when I switch out the hero image with one of my own , the following happens (see URL https://ruizdigitalconsulting.com/staging/5867). It’s a clean Wordpress install as well as I nuked my first staging area just do do it over fresh, just to make sure. All the plugins are the recommended ones from Phlox. Please assist.
