As they said long before me, is too SLOW! I am thinking of asking for refund. I can’t understand how is possible, you have so many sales and you haven’t done anything to fix this. I have made the settings as you suggest and the improvement is very small. It is clean without almost any extras and plugins.

I have already sent three messages to your technical support team, but have only received one response with a procedure that did not work. This was two days ago. I was asked for my license number, which I promptly sent in response to the request. However, it is not possible that I have ever used this theme before, and when I did use it, it was on a test domain that no longer exists after a month. Therefore, the license does not work.
I urgently need to install the theme that I purchased, but I am unable to do so at this time. As a business owner, I believe that faster responses are necessary, as every minute that passes is a loss. Therefore, I kindly request that my license be renewed so that I can use it.

Update: after 4.5 days you got back to me said everything looks good – now say it looks good and sent me a photo with the gap issue at the top of the header that only appears in Bing browser that I can not get rid of.? then why i am unable to activate?
