Hi,i`ve got a licence for bridge theme. I deleted all the files on the domain before desactivate the licence. Now i cant get to wordpress dashboard to desactivate the licence and use it in another domain…How can I desactivate it? THX

I did core updates on all my bridge sites around 10 of them…..after the update all of them don’t have a license key in the qode dashboard and they don’t have qode options. I need to speak with someone – how do I tell them apart?

Hi, I just checked the php and looks like the hosting company changed the php version to 8.0 as the versions below that are outdated. And looks like the theme not compatible with php version 8.0.

I updated the theme and plugins, I got several other issues: elements on the website pages were broken, theme options was not showing, so I reverted and reinstalled the old theme. However, the old theme is showing a critical error. Apparently, the error is coming from a file inside the folder header-appearances. So currently I have changed the path of that folder in order to hide the error. The problem is that with this solution our website has not header. Here’s the website: https://www.teflconnect.com/ As you can see, there’s no header. Once I change folder name having the header file, the error is visible. PLEASE WE NEED AND URGENT SOLUTION.

I have purchased this theme for 7 client websites since 2016. Have loved without a hitch up to now. Just tried to update the theme on an older site, which needed the Envato plug in enabled. Just tried three times to input the Purchase Code and email and the whole Registration Page is hanging….Please Wait? It’s been ages and never had this before. Whilst the whole site looks terrible, not happy with this?

Tried that link off a Google Search yesterday and it did not fix anything. The Theme update is showing at 29.5, which is odd. I think it’s in the update, so I rolled back before the update to a back up and the website has luckily come back. But this is not a solution, I have seven other websites using Bridge and there is no way I am going to update these. I see others are getting PHP errors on the new update, please check that there are no issues with the new update?
The theme is working correctly on our end. Please note that the theme options, shorcodes and meta boxes are now disabled if theme purchase code is not registered on live server so this could be the reason why the site is not being shown correctly.

Already submitted ticket. Just replied to it as had nothing back from you. I had to roll back to another back up to get the website back after all the problems. So still have huge issues!. Eight years using this theme, I consider myself quite expert on Bridge, but this is insane!

Since the latest theme update, it’s not possible to updatedthe WPBakery Page Builder plugin. Please can you advise if this will be available soon? I’m not sure if it’s related, however the image slider I used on my homepage has since stopped working. I created it originally with WPBakery but most recently edited the slider with Elementor.

Please note that WPBakery and Elementor page builder are not interchangeable and the content built with WPBakery cannot be edited with Elementor. Once you pick a page builder you wish to use, you should stick to that plugin and make sure that the other one is Deactivated. Hello, I just updated theme but a couple of plugins didn’t update along with it. I tried to go in and update them manually but was only successful updating the LayerSlider plugin from the downloaded zip.
