Hi! I have imported Charity template, on desktop I have a slider and on mobile phones there is another image, how can I change on mobile phone to be the same?

Hello, is there an option to toggle open and close to the table of content?

The TOC is supposed to show all the headers actually so they can be accessed, if you want a toggle you should be using a custom menu with dropdown instead and link them to your anchors or pages.

I’m thinking of buying a new license for a new website. I would like to make a website for an aesthetic clinic to expose the procedures that we offer. In addition, I would like to run marketing campaigns to attract people to the site and sell aesthetic procedures on the site, but the appointments will be at the clinic. Can I copy form field data to another form field via a check box? For example, if you have some street address fields and you want to copy these to the mailing address form fields if they are the same?

I’m afraid we don’t have an option to copy another field’s value into a field. You can however show/hide certain fields based on values of other fields so e.g. a radio button can show hide certain fields under it.

I am using the Avada form on my product page to allow customers to ask questions about my products. However, I would like to include the current link in the email notification I receive, so I know which product the customer is asking about. Can you please advise on how to achieve this?

I’m afraid Avada form doesn’t offer a way to send the page URL like that but you can use one of the many WooCommerce Catalog plugins that will add a query form on each product page and you will get relevant info about what product the query is about when you receive the submission.

I successfully solved the problem and I wanted to share my solution in case someone else is facing a similar issue. To obtain the page ID, I utilized a hidden field with the Field Value. Then, I appended the text “mywebsite/index.php?page_id=” before the value. As a result, I obtained a direct link that allows me to access the desired page.

When you click on the field to enter the email, you cannot write in it. You first have to click on the Subscribe button, and only after that the input field is habilítate.

Hello! I just updated Avada, but found out, that some of new elements are not avaliable on my site – for example info circle (I cannot even download pre-made from Avada Studio), Table of contents, open street maps. Column animations also don’t work for me. How to fix it? Thanks! Nika

Please see that the particular elements are not disabled from Avada Builder settings page.

The Avada Builder Settings are now under the “Options” menu’s dropdown i.e. if you go to WP dashboard -> Avada -> Options page. Then hover over Options at the top, it’ll show a dropdown – from there you can go to the Builder Options as shown below:

Hi I have few questions before I purchase Avada.

1. I want to a customizable booking system ( for gym classes with various Trainers), does Avada support something like that(if so can toy please tell me what plugin do you recommend) 2. I would need multiple language support, English and Slovak, is WPML supported by Avada.

1. We use WooCommerce for all our e-commerce requirements so you will be needing a 3rd party plugin for this as well, we have not officially checked any specific plugin so can not provide any recommendation, we will suggest getting in touch with the author(s) of different plugin(s) regarding this.

2. Yes, Avada is truly compatible with WPML and Polylang both and you can have a multilanguage site without any issues.

We purchased a new support license but when we try to apply it, we get this message:

“Registration could not be completed because the value entered above is a purchase code. A token key is needed to register. Please read the directions below to find out how to create a token key to complete registration.”

There are no other instructions. How do we fix that and move forward with the theme update? Our current version is 7.1.1

That is because you are on a very older version of Avada and that requires you to actually update this manually towards our latest version in order to use the purchase code to register the site, right now the version you are on uses a token instead which is not same as purchase code, with that being said you will actually need to follow the instructions here => https://bit.ly/3NQYPCI

As a website owner, I am facing a couple of challenges that are impacting my site’s performance. Firstly, my Avada version is V7.7.1 and while I can create a new form using the form builder, I am unable to edit it due to the absence of form elements.
