A license can be used to create 1 end product. Each installation requires its own license code.
You have to purchase/own a license for each publicly accessible domain install of the theme.
Deactivating or deleting a previously used license doesn’t entitle the license to be reused for a new website.

If the domain is the same, you can reinstall everything and reuse the same license. Also, you don’t need to extend the support to make a new installation. But the domain has to be exactly the same.

No i dont need a test site, i am moving the site from one host to another. And i will point the domain from puls* to https://utelyc*****/pulsefm, so the exact same domain.
So if i take my old site offline i will be able to move it on the same licens?
If you clone the site in the exact same domain, the license will work fine
presale questions: 1. Every time I click the red play button seen in top right of website, the song name to the left changes, shouldn’t it only show what’s currently being played and not change on button click, is this a bug?
2. Do the “charts” reflect the actual songs being streamed in the non stop live player?
3. Do the charts update automatically, if so, how often?
4. What file type are needed for the non stop live radio? Do i have to provide an mp3/wav or can it stream from SoundCloud instead?
5. Is there a backend function in wordpress to create a playlist for the non stop radio stream or do i have to use some kind of third party software such as ShoutCAST 2?

1. Not a bug, if you click the button the player doens’t know what you click until you do, and then it needs to udpate accordingly.

4. The list of compatible streaming formats is available in our documentation: https://qantumthemes.com/manuals/onair2/article-categories/radio-streaming-channel-set-up/you can’t stream from Soundcloud since you can’t access the direct stream file.
You can embed a soundcloud player in the page anyway, no problem.
5. Precisely, you need a streamng server. A stream requires to be encoded server-side so you can’t stream an audio from the same server where there is a website running, since are completely different operative systems.

1. Every time i click the button it shows a different song title. So its NOT reflecting whats being played in the non stop audio. Please check your demo…..
There is no such issue happening here… Not any user has this issue on his website. The player Is dead simple, opens the json of the feed and reads the track, every 15 seconds. If you pause and play again, and the song was not refreshed yet, it will trigger an instant refresh and display the new song.
Tracks are not taken from some magic random cylinder…
Hi, I installed the theme on my temporal domain, the domain got deleted, I reinstalled the domain and when I try to reactivate the license it says that is already used. How can I fix this? I am using the same domain, same hosting, same everything.

Is there any way of having a recurring event listed? If not this would be a welcome addition/alteration to your events functionality. For example, we have local events that happen every weekend that we list on our website and we’d love to not have to re-list them for every week.

Hello. I had a radio domain and in the end that domain and the wordpress data was deleted. I want to install that same license in another domain and it is not possible. Can the license assigned to the previous domain be removed and released for the new domain?

On Air2 Version: 5.2.1 WP: version 6.2.1, Admin->Schedule . without Jquery Migrate: ”$(...).live is not a function” and I cant drag shows to arrange order also green plus does not add a show. When I enable the Jquery migrate plugin it works

My previous domain expired so I was forced to purchase a new domain I would like to remove the registration from the old domain and register it to the new domain. I’m still the original licensee nothing changed just a new domain.

Please send an email to support@qantumthemes.com with your emails and purchase code (we can search for both in order to make sure is the right profile) and we will send you a new password via email. If you don’t get the emails form the helpdesk, the helpdesk address is probably going in spam or bin, checking those folders may eventually help.

Hi, What would be the best way forward? the domain i used on this theme expired over a year ago and hadn’t used this theme in a long time. I have just embarked on trying to reinstate the radio project again but i keep getting the error “Error: your purchase code is already in use on another website, contact our helpdesk to reissue the license.” I simply requested that the license be revoked from the old domain sifaradio.com that expired

I’m sorry but you can’t build a new website with the same license key, you can make a new website on the same domain you had before without problems but you can’t use the same license to make a brand new website, as per Envato license definition.
You have to purchase/own a license for each publicly accessible domain install of the theme. Regardless of whether the installation domain is a sub domain or not, if it is publicly accessible, it requires a license.

You have explained it well, If the domain is publicly accessible it requires a license and by explanation information which is published and which is generally accessible or available to the public. But if you have read what i have written, the domain expired over a year ago in 2021. So that means it will never be publicly accessible by anyone and according to your explanation you are simply saying despite having bought the theme i can never use it. I think that doesnt make sense at all
You installed the theme 4 times and just made an activation 6 hours ago on https://sifaradio.org where it was first installed on 2022 07 19

So it seems you are still using the theme and just made a new installation.
