Hello 1. In shop 36 there is a top banner ‘shop now’ , hot to manage from admin? 2. The menu and the home page is always getting stuck. This is caused by the toggle menu all departments which open a div of the size of the screen, and nothings works, only if you scroll the page unstuck but not in the upper of the page. Well the screen is not stucking at my end, and it is working perfectly fine for me If you are facing such an issue, please prepare a small video clip of your issue and share with us via our support forum and with your site WP Admin Login details so that our experts will check it for you on your site and help you out, and if you want to remove that Toggle Menu, then please navigate to Porto >> Theme Options >> Header >> Header Type >> Header Builder in Customizer and remove the “Main Toggle Menu” header element from there, publish it and check back to your site after clearing the browser cache, please refer to this screenshot: https://postimg.cc/RN2JYNr9
3. You can Install the Multivendor plugin and then you can use the button or text with a link to the account page and name it as “Become a seller” as simple as that, on clicking it redirects the used to my account page where the user can create the account as vendor on your site.

This is the div that covers the page before scrolling downwards Probably that happen after changing some settings froma admin. Only in desktop

Please navigate to Porto >> Dashboard and unregister the theme from there and then again register with the same purchase code. After that please go to Appearance >> Install Plugins and try to update the plugin from there.
Alternatively, please contact us via our support forum with your site WP Admin URL and Credentials so that we will check it for you on your site and help you out in resolving your issue.
And regarding the Porto VC Addon notification, simply disable and delete that plugin from your site because it will not work with out Visual Composer plugin and Visual Composer plugin is no more compaitable with our theme.

Please try the following steps to achieve your desired result.
1. Please navigate to Porto >> Template Builder >> Blocks and create a new block.
2. Add/Write the Description in the particular block as per your requirements.
3. Save the block and click on quick edit and copy the block slug name.
4. Go to Products >> Categories and edit the particular category.
5. After editing the particular category scroll below, and you will find the Content top option.
6. Paste the block slug name in the Content Top Option and save the changes.
7. Finally check your site after removing the browser cache.OR
You can create your own layout for the Product Category pages under Porto >> Template Builder >> Product Archives and place the product category description element at any place as per your requirements: https://www.portotheme.com/wordpress/porto/documentation/shop-builder-elements/

Ok then if you are not using the Custom Layout for the Shop/Category page but the default one, then please navigate to Products >> Categories and edit the particular category, and then add the description to it, save changes and check back to your site after clearing the browser cache, now that description will show above the content automatically.

$porto_layout=fullwidth is by the way also not included in the porto_options_sidebars()

I am using a development staging hosting. This is a new hosting that I am moving to because I was not able to update the WP implementation with Porto theme.
Everything worked fine with the older settings, but when trying to update, I got many types of issues; after consistent trials, I am able to update WP Core, Woocommerce & some other plugins.
The issues I am now facing is that when I update Porto theme from 4.5 to 6.9.1, the menu would not show selected styles and the main page with mainly used WP Bakery page builder to construct is a mess, nothing in place and every element is spread over the width of the screen.
I updated the plugins that are part of Porto theme using different methods like updating directly or removing then re-install then import setting for the theme, but all tries have not changed anything.
The same implementation with all the updates/upgrades are working somewhere else without any issues, only on this hosting where the problems are.
What could cause this? Is there anything on server that have been missing on the new host to create these issues?
I will have to remove this and restart from the beginning. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
