Basically I am very interested to purchase Phlox Pro, but here’s the funny thing. Rather than using one of your available templates, I actually would like to mimic your website homepage https://www.phlox.pro/#live-demos

I am building a directory/listing website, and your homepage basically has the design that I need. However, most of the currently available listing templates are optimized toward woocommerce kind of website, so their “one click installer” doesn’t work for me, because they always look for woocommerce store pages instead of normal posts. When I checked your homepage phlox.pro, I figure out this is exactly the kind of template I want to have.

Does Phlox also allow me to use the template that you use in your own homepage? If yes, can you tell me which one is it from your own selection? Because I have see some of them (App Landing, Construction, Dark Creative, etc.) most of them do not mimic your own homepage.

Hey Averta, I bought the Phlox Pro but after newest wordpress update I can’t edit the pages. Give me some error. I wrote several notes to customer service but no one answer me. And I received some e-mails with updating Phlox Pro but when I entered downloads – https://themeforest.net/ I have nothing. Please tell me what to do? Should I buy again the theme or?

Help Please, I was editing one of the pages, I created a template of one of the sections that I want to use in multiple pages “pricing table” and once I tried to use it on a new page, It is now appearing on all pages and I don’t know where to remove it from. I can’t edit it from any page using elementor and I can;t see or edit anything behind it.

It seems that bdthemes-element-pack has not been updated for a long time since Dec 2022, is the new version of the element pack not compatible with the theme or something else?

Three issues: 1. I have an open support ticket that is 2 months old that is not solved. 2. I sent several messages where I need to activate my theme on a new domain. It let me deactivate the old domain, but it wont let me activate the new domain (Same issues everyone is having with this) 3. Current gallery widget for this theme plugin has errors. On mobile the gallery pictures wont show. It shows an error. Then when you login to ELementor for that gallery the error message shows. On desktop, the gallery shows fine. I talked with a wordpress developer and they verified the issue from your gallery plugin and theme.

elementor most of the time not able to load. I have checked the php memory time and it is high and Deactivated most of the plugin and it is still doing the same.

As they said long before me, is too SLOW! I am thinking of asking for refund. I can’t understand how is possible, you have so many sales and you haven’t done anything to fix this. I have made the settings as you suggest and the improvement is very small. It is clean without almost any extras and plugins.

I have already sent three messages to your technical support team, but have only received one response with a procedure that did not work. This was two days ago. I was asked for my license number, which I promptly sent in response to the request. However, it is not possible that I have ever used this theme before, and when I did use it, it was on a test domain that no longer exists after a month. Therefore, the license does not work.

I urgently need to install the theme that I purchased, but I am unable to do so at this time. As a business owner, I believe that faster responses are necessary, as every minute that passes is a loss. Therefore, I kindly request that my license be renewed so that I can use it.
