Hey guys, not sure when this happened but my Avada speeds are, all of a sudden, really awesome. They’re on Elementor level, which is something I haven’t seen before and I purchased Avada 6 years ago. All without WP Rocket installed or anything. Really great job guys.

Currently we do not have plans to add back the theme-fusion.com forums. Also, as the WP and Avada are in a dynamic environment, information for older versions really does not apply that well for newer versions

1. You can find the list of the plugin(s) that are offered in our document post here => https://avada.com/documentation/avadas-bundled-premium-plugins/
2. Regarding your product licensing, you have to purchase/own a license for each publicly accessible domain install of the theme. Regardless of whether the installation domain is a sub domain or not, if it is publicly accessible, it requires a license.
If you are migrating to a different domain and you already have your product registered with your original purchase code etc, you do not need to purchase a new license; You can simply add your registered purchase information to the new installation’s product registration tab.

(2) Which contact form is best suited for Avada “Contact 7”, “Mail chimp” & “WP Forms” plugin ?
(3) and which free cache plugin best suited with your Avada theme, “Litespeed Cache”, “Wp-Optimize”, “W3 Total Cache” or any other? or you are giving any paid plugin with your theme?

Majority of our users use YOAST SEO, so that’s something I’d recommend trying out.
For the contact form, our own Avada Form is pretty good so I’d recommend that.
For cache plugins, I’d suggest Super Cache or WP Rocket but any of those will work. You would need to consult the plugin documentation in order to configure the cache plugin for best results as there isn’t a single universal setting we could suggest for each plugin.

For that, please adjust your subdomain/domain name for the staging/dev site to the below format and it should work without issues even if you register Avada on both the staging and live site at the same time:

Bought a product, couldn’t register at the website. It says:
“There was an error when attempting to register your account.
The password used is too short.”
lmao. Tried 50+ symbols password it still gives the same output. Such simple bug during registration process already scares me as hell. Couldn’t imagine what’s waiting me next. And as a unregistered user I am not able to reach support XD Unbelievable.

You can easily download the plugin(s) from your my.avada.com account, go to the downloads tab here => https://my.avada.com/downloads/ you should be able to download the plugin(s) from there, also please make sure that you have completely remove your older versions of both Avada Core and Avada Builder before installing the latest ones.

The TOC is supposed to show all the headers actually so they can be accessed, if you want a toggle you should be using a custom menu with dropdown instead and link them to your anchors or pages.

I’m afraid we don’t have an option to copy another field’s value into a field. You can however show/hide certain fields based on values of other fields so e.g. a radio button can show hide certain fields under it.
