Does anyone know if there’s a way to adjust the speed of the autoplay option on an image carousel? seems like the most basic of function, but can’t seem to find a way to change it.

You can find the element options such as carousel speed from Avada > Global Options > Builder Elements > Carousel Element in this case.

Thank you for your quick response. I appreciate the prompt assistance and it speaks volumes about your commitment to customer service.

However, I realized that my initial question may not have been specific enough. Is it possible to change the carousel speed per carousel, rather than having a global setting that affects all carousels on all pages? This would be a helpful feature for me and I imagine for others as well.

Also, I wanted to mention that I do have a license for Avada for an old site I still manage – though support ran out long ago on this particular install and I didn’t really use Avada until long after it had already run out, so never got to use the support option anyway.

Having said that, this is also a question I would have had prior to purchasing Avada. It’s an option that I assumed every carousel widget would have automatically, but it’s not easy to find out any other way than posting a comment on here. I spent a few hours trying to search for the answer and there’s nothing anywhere that I can find.

If I could work out how to get Avada to do some of the other things I need it to do, then I’d purchase more copies of it. However, due to the limitations and difficulty finding information, I’ve been mostly switching sites from Elementor themes over to Bricks Builder in recent times. But this current Avada site that I still manage, I don’t have time to move just yet, so trying to work out if Avada is still worth sticking with. And don’t get me started on Elementor ;) even though it has more options and flexibility than Avada, the issues I’ve run into with Elementor (speed and excessive DOM elements) FAR outweigh any advantages so I’d still choose Avada over it.

Individual carousel speed adjustment is not an option right now, you can use advanced sliders such as revolution slider that we offer as bundled plugin in this case.

Regarding the difficulty in getting to understand the elements and what each element can do, we have a very comprehensive documentation on each and every element as well as the features that Avada has which you can access here => https://avada.com/documentation/, simply searching for any term there should show you different results from where you can choose which one you want to know more about, other than that we have a premium support option which is there to assist you with everything.

Avada is evolving at a very rapid pace and new features and options are being added in almost every release, this means that customers as well need to be aware of what new changes have been introduced and for that purpose we do release a changelog as well as a newsletter when required.

I bought and registered Avada years ago for my principal website, now I want to do changes on a staging copy but I’m being asked to register it and that the URL is going to be sent to your servers to find a match. Can I register it on the staging site too or this would cause problems in the original one?

Dear Support Team,

I am writing to bring to your attention some inconsistencies I have encountered with your account creation and error reporting system. I am facing a peculiar situation where I am unable to log in to my account in order to report an error, but the error I need to report is that I am not receiving any emails on my designated mailbox. This creates a paradoxical situation as I cannot connect to my account to contact support if I am unable to receive the necessary communication.

Additionally, during the account creation process, I am required to add a key. However, my account already has the three keys that I purchased, causing further confusion and hindrance in the account setup.

We are using Avada theme and love it!

The issue with which we write to you is… So, we are using rank math plugin for SEO. But we are facing multiple compatibility issues with Avada and Rankmath, specifically with Content Analysis.

Below details of the support tickets raised with rank math and their replies:

First Ticket RANKING SCORE IN ‘POST DETAILS’ NOT MATCHING WITH ‘ALL POST’ LIST!!

Response: Avada is not compatible with our plugin and that could be the reason that the tool to recalculate scores is not working as expected. You can get in touch with Avada and ask them to add compatibility for our plugin: https://rankmath.com/kb/content-analysis-api/

Second Ticket ALT TAG OF IMAGES NOT BEING READ BY RANKMATH, ONLY FEATURED IMAGE ALT TAG BEING ACCEPTED AS RANKING WITH KEYWORD

Response: Please note that the Avada Fusion builder is not compatible with Rank Math, so the image alt tests may not work. You may ignore the error if the alt tags are properly displayed on the frontend. You may refer to this guide on how we address this type of issue: https://rankmath.com/kb/content-analysis-api/. Regarding your query on the content analysis for Rankmath, we already have an item for this in development however it requires the developer of plugin(s) to work with us, our team have contacted them and as soon as there is any update on this we will add this feature. Regarding the image tag please make sure you are on latest version of Avada as we have added compatibility for breadcrumbs and image in our 7.0 version.

We have not checked this fix on our end so can not really provide any response for that, right now the Content AI results in you get will not be accurate as RankMath’s Content AI will be looking into the complete syntax of builder and not only content.

Hey guys, not sure when this happened but my Avada speeds are, all of a sudden, really awesome. They’re on Elementor level, which is something I haven’t seen before and I purchased Avada 6 years ago. All without WP Rocket installed or anything. Really great job guys.

2. Regarding your product licensing, you have to purchase/own a license for each publicly accessible domain install of the theme. Regardless of whether the installation domain is a sub domain or not, if it is publicly accessible, it requires a license.

If you are migrating to a different domain and you already have your product registered with your original purchase code etc, you do not need to purchase a new license; You can simply add your registered purchase information to the new installation’s product registration tab.

(2) Which contact form is best suited for Avada “Contact 7”, “Mail chimp” & “WP Forms” plugin ?

(3) and which free cache plugin best suited with your Avada theme, “Litespeed Cache”, “Wp-Optimize”, “W3 Total Cache” or any other? or you are giving any paid plugin with your theme?

Majority of our users use YOAST SEO, so that’s something I’d recommend trying out.

For the contact form, our own Avada Form is pretty good so I’d recommend that.

For cache plugins, I’d suggest Super Cache or WP Rocket but any of those will work. You would need to consult the plugin documentation in order to configure the cache plugin for best results as there isn’t a single universal setting we could suggest for each plugin.

Bought a product, couldn’t register at the website. It says:

“There was an error when attempting to register your account.

The password used is too short.”

lmao. Tried 50+ symbols password it still gives the same output. Such simple bug during registration process already scares me as hell. Couldn’t imagine what’s waiting me next. And as a unregistered user I am not able to reach support XD Unbelievable.
