Hello, I have disabled the Action button on the header however this still shows, please advise
Our theme settings mainly perform from 2 places. One is the global settings, which is the Theme settings. Another is the particular settings which is the Page Options. So If you have disabled it from global settings I mean from Theme settings, and the action button is still showing on the page, So I would request to go to the editor of the page and see that the action button is enabled in the page option, And that’s why it’s still showing after disabling it from the Theme settings. So if you disable the action button from the page options now, Hopefully the button won’t show up on the frontend. Thank you

Can you extend the doc-core and easydocs-max license to our staging server?
We have gone live now and do not want to make any updates before testing its changes. Since its a live, we want to check if any changes to the theme and plugin and ensure does not break our existing set up. Also please note that We have only ONE live and production server for the public.

Could you extend the easydocs and docy license to staging also.
You can use Docy Core plugin within WordPress Unlimited but to use EazyDocs Unlimited sites you need to purchase that amount of permissions. You cannot use a single license on multiple sites at a time. In that case, when you work on the site, activate the license of EazyDocs and then when you work on the live site, again activate the license on that site. Of course you need to deactivate your license from the previous domain. Thank you
Yes, I am aware i have to activate and deactivate as per use. But since one of the site is live and there is constant updates, I cannot deactivate my production. But I want to be able to test your new updates in a dev environment before updating our production. That is why if you could extend the license to our dev URL, it would be really helpful. We cannot afford to break anything in the production URL

Eazydocs plugin doesn’t came with pro plugin. To hide the demo documentations (visibility) is asking for upgrade. you have promised that theme will be included with pro plugin.
Even your own theme has so many restrictions… Atleast if we know how the pro features then we can purchase the pro max plugin.

The free version of EazyDocs integrated with the theme. But you’ll get some Pro features unlocked in the theme. As like, Elementor widgets.

You will be able to use Footntes with Docy without the pro version of EazyDocs. But the Doc contributor is locked by EazyDocs Pro plugin. Thank you
I’m glad to hear that Footnotes can be used with Docy theme, but does that mean that Contributor feature can’t be used with Docy theme, and that I can’t use it by installing EazyDocs Pro separately on Docy theme?
You can use contributor feature with Docy theme no problem on this. But the contributor is a promax feature of EazyDocs. So you have to purchase the EazyDocs separately to use it.

- Click on a link from the toc. The page is displayed as expected.
- Click on another topic from the toc, the page is displayed as expected, the URL is updated with this new topic slug, but breadcrumb is not.
- The issue is when you click the EDIT DOC button at this time, the active page does not open in the edit mode.
- To ensure the active page opens in the edit mode, you must refresh the browser to update the breadcrumbs and then click the EDIT DOC button.

Hi, I set the logo height to 90px in the theme options but the logo in the frontend is displayed at 80px. The height 80px comes from header.scss. How can I fix that? Thank you
I changed it in the “Add CSS section”
You can fix it by adding important after the height like: height:90px !imporant; We’ll fix it from the theme’s settings so that it works without adding the important later. Thank you.

Can you please tell me how much I need to pay so the theme can be used as in demo? I guess for $44 that can’t be all since you offer some additional pro plugins too and also I read in comments about that most features are hiding behind paywall.
I dont have a problem to pay for a good service but I want to know what I will pay at all at the end. Its like to buy a porsche with flat tires but when you want to get air inside you have to pay $500 for the air and each tire. I don’t like that kind of surprise.

Unable to access spider themes ticket system. I enter purchase and its verified as invalid. One of my queries regarding permalink was pending moderation. Please check into it.
Also, need to report a bug.. When you set the visibility of a topic and its sub topic as private, it sill shows in the ToC.

Yes..I had seen it but the message was truncated in the email, and I could not access my ticket online. I seem to have lost access to the ticketing sytem.
But I have another problem. Users with author role do not have edit option. I upgraded to pro max to allow users with author role to edit pages. Did anything change recently in the code ? Please do respond quickly.
I apologize for the inconvenience. EazyDocs Pro Max allows users with the author role to edit pages. There might be some configuration issue that’s causing this problem. Can you please check if the permissions for the author role are set correctly in the EazyDocs settings? Those screenshots show the permissions I have given for author role. But still author do not edit permission in easydocs pro. Users with author role are not able to edit or create docs in easydocs pro. The screenshot show I have given the permissions, but users with author role are not able to edit or create new docs.

All forum posts are displayed anonymously After the installation was completed, I posted in the forum section, but after the publication was completed, the username remained anonymous. I also tested other accounts and the problem was the same. I checked in the background and found that the author’s column also displayed anonymity. I don’t know what this is, but I sent it after logging in with my account.
After my testing, I found that as long as I enable the EazyDocs plugin, the forum will display this error prompt
