my banner section is not showing, I just transferred my site from my local server to a live hosting then suddenly, the banner in every pages is not showing

found the culprit, the image location was still pointing on my local drive. just need to know now how to edit this

welp, it seems like with Qode theme, I shoudln’t be migrating my site manually. the best way to do it was with a plugin. I’m trying to use migration guru, I wonder what others use for this theme…

You can always try to save your Qode Options > General Settings after migration as well as reset your Permalinks in Settings > Permalinks.

This should be enough to make the images point to the right direction.

You should know that you can now easily deregister your purchase code via our Help Center by following instructions from this article here. If you are unsure about the domain where the theme was previously registered, you can enter any url (like google.com), and in the error message the correct url will be written.

I have a problem I changed the styles of the links from the theme option and they are no longer clickable. I update the theme, I delete custom css, roll bak to previus wordpress version. I don’t know what else to do.

Hello. We are trying to figure out an issue that it happens only on the demo Print Design that we have used for our portfolio website.

We are busting out heads on how to make the homepage with the Interctive Project List to have links on images and not only on the project titles. The othe demo, Interactive Links Portfolio, seems to not have this issue.

Is there a way, setting that we have not found to enable the project urls to be clickable on image on mobile view?

and the one you are using is Interactive Project List: https://i.imgur.com/yzpRmYg.png

So please try to use the Interactive links instead on your side, since they have different appearance on mobile.

Hi – I’m trying to align the logo to the LHS on mobile and tablet by overridding;

@media only screen and (max-width: 1000px) .logo_wrapper { left: 50%; }

to

@media only screen and (max-width: 1000px) .logo_wrapper { left: 5%!important; }

But the dynamic CSS does not seem to overidden when added to QODE CSS – is there a way to align the logo to the LHS on mobile and tablet?

The WPbakery Page Builder plugin does not appear in the the Install Plugins page:

wp-admin/themes.php?page=install-required-plugins

But it has a needed updated from 6.10to 6.11. I’m not sure how to proceed.

I just uploaded the latest version on the same website and Iam getting this error message. Code is already registered for other domain. Please note the site is still on the same domain.

How can I know which domain it refers to?

Hello, we were assigned to update a WordPress site which we later found that it uses your theme. It has a pretty old version of Bridge.

Where can we find your theme’s changelog so that we can prove to the client that his website is using a pretty old version of your theme?

Thanks for writing in! You can see the themes change log and if you are using a very old theme you can follow the guidance on how to update the theme and its plugins here.

Also have in mind that Envato Toolkit is an outdated plugin. So, now you should use Envato Market and procedure is pretty much the same.

Please, just go to /wp-content/themes/bridge/framework/modules and remove whole folder envatowordpresstoolkit This is deprecated Envato Toolkit plugin that is replaced with Envato Market plugin.

If you are using child theme be aware of the following and the changes that needs to be done, you can read more about it here.

Because in Bridge 18.0 we had to change function names as per Themeforest request in order to meet their new coding standards, and child theme modifications must reflect these changes since 18.0 Bridge release. If you have modified functions via child theme, you’ll have to rename functions in the child theme in order your child theme to work after the update.

Hello is there a way to get a simple autoplay video lightbox on the site wherever there is a youtube link (buttons, images etc). I have tried with a number of plugins but none of them seem to work without affecting the rest of the theme and preventing images from loading up.

We do have our Video Box element which will have an image and youtube/vimeo link that will be opened in a light box but autoplay is not an option it does open only when you click on it.

This is not set by the theme. You can find the vertical-header.php template on this path wp-content\themes\bridge\framework\modules\header\templates\vertical-header.php if you want to adjust theme files additionally.
