Hi, looking to buy some new software, you may have the solution for me, I need a WP theme that can handle a holiday business directory, restaurants, bars, hotels, product shops, swimming pools, also local holiday events, local festivals etc, emergency services all being charged different fees for their different types of listings.
The classifieds I just basically need the software to offer a free ad with just ONE IMAGE, just a basic entry free add, after that other ad options with more photos etc but at a price, the number of photos for different packages IS IMPORTANT, also a featured option that they can choose if they they so wish as they create their paid ad but again at a small fee but not compulsory, I am sure you get the idea, but the ad with just ONE PHOTO being free IS VITAL and the other ad options with bells and whistles at various degrees but not free and at different prices.
Can your theme do this and meet the requirements I have stipulated above.

1 – yes you can create such website with classiads,
2 – you can either have multi directory and assign certain packges to each directory or tou can go with categories and assign different categories to each package.
3 – yes you can set number images, videos, address and categories for each package.
4 – yes you can set different features for each package e.g number listings, expiry, featured ad, sticky ads, option to bump up ads. But these option will be applied on all listings in particular package.
5 – user can bump up any listing anytime and you can charge for each request,
6 – user can upgrade/downgrade to another package if admin allows, and admin can charge upgrade fee.

It will actually be 2 websites, 2 separate installations, 1 for business directory listings and the other a basic buy and sell garage clear out sort of classifieds website like leboncoin fr but I must be able to set up a free ad that just allows 1 picture to be uploaded. With the last update breaking the theme, is there a fix for this problem yet? I submitted tickets but still hoping for some sort of fix to this bug. I hope we won’t have to keep contacting you to fix the theme everytime there is an update as it’s concerning.

Good afternoon. On temforest, you sell the layout for Regular License Selected $59 And on the website designinvento.net The Pet Classified theme sells for Basic $149 For Life 1 Website what’s the difference here?
1- Both are different themes
2 – classiads offer basic layout for pets while petclassified is build for pets category and offer complete pets classified and directory package.
3 – classiads offer 6 months support included while petclassified comes with 1 year of support.
So pricing is different for both products, I hope your concern has been addressed.
I need a specialized pet sales template. 1) In the template, without connecting monetization, it should be possible to set the period of publication of ads (for example 1 month), after the end of this period ads go to the archive or are deleted. 2) Users can raise their ad to the top of the listing once a day, thus making it more relevant. (without connecting monetization) 3) In the future I will need to connect paid packages and should be able to integrate local payment systems directly via woocommerce as through Stripe in my country to connect them will not work. you can set featured, sticky, and possibility to bumpup in each package, all listings in that package would be sticky or featured, user will be able to bump up individual listing from his/her user panel, You can charge user for bump up. further you can create multiple packages and set package upgrade for each package, You can change user for upgrade from one package to other.
I have problem whit wp memory limit. My wp memory limit is 512, but this theme detect only 40M memory limit and i cant start and instal demo theme. Please help me. My hosting tell me that problem link whit theme.

I’ve sent a couple of support tickets and hoping you respond. One of them is regarding the search function which isn’t working. You said it had been fixed the last time but I just realised it is now broken again. I suspect it has to do with the recent theme update. Can you please try to find a permanent fix as the theme needs a search function to work for this type of theme. I’ll update you again in the coming days to remind you to respond to tickets pending.

I’ve been waiting a few days for answers. Install everything in my wordpress. It was good. When editing everything, the web fails. I decided to start from scratch and delete all the hosting to start from 0.
Now, I install the theme, the plugins are installed but it DOES NOT LOAD any THEME that I decide to install. Why can’t I download any theme? It stays forever between 0% and 5% over and over again.

I’ve been waiting here for almost 4 days for a task that takes you no more than 5 minutes. What is your response time?
