When it comes to website speed, the Bridge theme has a lot of options, and because of that there are a lot of things that are going on in the back (conditional functions, calculations, etc.), but besides that, all scripts inside the theme are already minified and page speed test offer acceptable speed grades. Of course that we are improving theme functions with every theme release so they can render faster and in order to be more secure, but other than that we can't do much more. Our demo sites are not optimized, the main purpose is to present all theme functionalities, and end users should increase performance on their own, and make sure that they are using reliable hosting service providers with high resources, and with fast and secure servers.Here are some general tips for speeding up your website, and please note, you can’t minimize files like js.php and css.php, because they are dynamically created.
1) You can check how to optimize your website in the following links:

2) Optimize your images with some tool: www.jpegmini.com/
3) Also you can install some plugins for cache, like WP Super Cache:http://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-super-cache/ https://wordpress.org/plugins/w3-total-cache/or premium one http://wp-rocket.me/
4) Use at least PHP ( in order to process PHP code faster and to fix older version bugs. https://wordpress.org/about/requirements/
5) If you have a lot of plugins installed you should disable the ones you don’t use or that aren’t completely necessary.
6) In terms of website performance, it is highly recommended to use SSL protocol and ensure that your website is served over HTTPS. This not only enhances the security of your website and protects user data but also has a positive impact on performance. HTTPS encrypts the data exchanged between the user’s browser and the server, ensuring that it cannot be intercepted or tampered with by malicious third parties. Additionally, modern web browsers prioritize HTTPS websites and may display security warnings for non-secure (HTTP) websites. Switching to HTTPS can help improve the overall performance, user experience, and credibility of your website

Thanks for taking an interest! You can use our Blog Slider or Carousel for the first section, it would perhaps not be exact the same but it can be used to achieve this kind of feature that you wish.
When it comes to the menu you can see all our Menu options presented here as well as you can see our tutorial about it here
Bridge theme has certain demos built with WPBakery and certain with Elementor so please have a look at our landing page all possible demos that you can choose from. You should also know that we do recommend all to import the demo on a clean installation. You can for sure import it over your existing content, however then we would recommend you to always make a backup of your existing content as it might happen that your content will get overwritten sometimes.
Also as our demo content is made with page builder or another theme, we cannot guaranty that your previous content is made with the same builder and shortcodes might differ, so you will probably have to adjust your existing content to suit our themes demo content.

Thanks for writing in! These are custom post types which are included in the theme, and cannot be disabled by default, but you could always edit the theme files and remove the call for these custom post types.
So you can hide them by adding the following code in the functions.php file:
