Please navigate to Porto >> Template Builder >> Popup and from there edit the particular popup and remove the condition: https://www.portotheme.com/wordpress/porto/documentation/display-condition/ OR simply and completely delete the popup from your site and from trash as well, and it should solve your issue.

Your WPBakery update has failed, in fact it has deactivated the plug-in completely & broken our shop. After clicking update on it via Install Plugins I’m getting

“Please visit the subscriptions page and renew to continue receiving updates.

Plugin not activated. A higher version of WPBakery Page Builder is needed for this theme. Please update the plugin.”

There’s now no way to re-activate the plugin at all.

I can see you are using the FVM cache plugin, you are using the lightspeed cache server end as well, so we suggest you that first of all, please deactivate the cache plugins from your site and remove the complete cache from server end as well till you are in the development process.

And then please try to change the color from Porto >> Theme Options:

Header >> Header Styling Menu >> Menu Styling Breadcrumbs >> Breadcrumbs Styling Footer >> Footer Styling WooCommerce >> Styling

Finally check back to your site after clearing the browser cache.

Please note that some sections color have been overidden by the elements setting, in that case you have to edit the page and then edit the element, and under the element settings change the color as per your requirements.

Hello, I don’t understand what is happening, with the optimization of unused shortcodes, the list of shortcodes does not appear and the page remains blocked. I have Porto version 6.9.3. Thanks in advance And my comment is PORTO is the best !

Thanks for the answer. The Porto functionality plugin is up to date but the problem persists. Please, do you have any idea what I could try to solve this problem before bothering you further?

I see that it is a conflict between WPBakery and Visual composer which are active at the same time on the site. If I disable Visual composer, unused shortcode optimization works again. I also just noticed that this conflict crashes the site in php 8.0 if the two plugins are active at the same time. what do you recommend please?

Great!! We really appritiate your debugging and patience, you are great!!

Yes the issue might be because of the conflict, so we suggest not to use the visual compose plugin, as Porto is no more compaitable with the visual composer plugin.

Tthe thing is that actually after every Update of this Plugin, a compatibility issue arises with almost every Theme that’s why all the major Themes are discontinuing this Plugin and are moving to future-best Plugin (i.e. Elementor and WPBAKERY). We are also doing the same so that your Site doesn’t get distorted every time when the VC plugin update arises. That’s why we have removed the Plugin compatibility with the Theme and soon enough we will also remove the VC plugin from the Theme package and it will no more be supported too.

Hi, can you send me version 6.6.13 of Slider Revolution? Wordfence is advising there is a critical problem with 6.6.12 and 6.6.13 is not yet available with Porto theme. I tried deactivating and deleting Slider Revolution plugin, but the same version (6.6.12) was reinstalled via Install Plugins. Thanks

Hello Porto Team, im working with this theme for a while now without any issues – until now. There seems to be a problem with the Sales Popup showing recent sales. Please make sure that you have completed the purchase of the product on your site after that payment and approval, because the query will work when the purchase will be completed, not with only add to cart or on checkout.

And sometimes, because of the cookies it does not work properly, so please clear the cookies and check back again.

OR the issue might be because of any third-party plugin confliction, Please try to disable all the third-party plugins on your site except Theme Required/Recommended plugins, and check back your site after clearing the browser cache, might be any additional/extra third party plugins conflicting on your site and creating that issue. If this will resolve your issue then again you have to activate all the third-party plugins one by one and check which one is creating the issue on your site, and try to reach out to the Plugin Author for further help on this.

And if the issue will still persist then please remain all the third-party plugins deactivated on your site and provide me permission to debug your site which includes deactivating all the third-party plugins and on site Customization as well. We also request you to please share the site WP Admin URL and Credentials with us as well for further investigating the issue on your site via our support system.

Note: Please take the complete backup of your site before following the above steps as that might affect your site.
