Thanks for the answer. The Porto functionality plugin is up to date but the problem persists. Please, do you have any idea what I could try to solve this problem before bothering you further?
I see that it is a conflict between WPBakery and Visual composer which are active at the same time on the site. If I disable Visual composer, unused shortcode optimization works again. I also just noticed that this conflict crashes the site in php 8.0 if the two plugins are active at the same time. what do you recommend please?

Yes the issue might be because of the conflict, so we suggest not to use the visual compose plugin, as Porto is no more compaitable with the visual composer plugin.
Tthe thing is that actually after every Update of this Plugin, a compatibility issue arises with almost every Theme that’s why all the major Themes are discontinuing this Plugin and are moving to future-best Plugin (i.e. Elementor and WPBAKERY). We are also doing the same so that your Site doesn’t get distorted every time when the VC plugin update arises. That’s why we have removed the Plugin compatibility with the Theme and soon enough we will also remove the VC plugin from the Theme package and it will no more be supported too.

Hi, can you send me version 6.6.13 of Slider Revolution? Wordfence is advising there is a critical problem with 6.6.12 and 6.6.13 is not yet available with Porto theme. I tried deactivating and deleting Slider Revolution plugin, but the same version (6.6.12) was reinstalled via Install Plugins. Thanks

Please make sure that you have completed the purchase of the product on your site after that payment and approval, because the query will work when the purchase will be completed, not with only add to cart or on checkout.
And sometimes, because of the cookies it does not work properly, so please clear the cookies and check back again.
OR the issue might be because of any third-party plugin confliction, Please try to disable all the third-party plugins on your site except Theme Required/Recommended plugins, and check back your site after clearing the browser cache, might be any additional/extra third party plugins conflicting on your site and creating that issue. If this will resolve your issue then again you have to activate all the third-party plugins one by one and check which one is creating the issue on your site, and try to reach out to the Plugin Author for further help on this.
And if the issue will still persist then please remain all the third-party plugins deactivated on your site and provide me permission to debug your site which includes deactivating all the third-party plugins and on site Customization as well. We also request you to please share the site WP Admin URL and Credentials with us as well for further investigating the issue on your site via our support system.
Note: Please take the complete backup of your site before following the above steps as that might affect your site.

Hello, The Theme is great, but it has problems with accessibility. No options to put Aria-Label, and no options to remove Double IDs (like at the cart, or search). Sorry for the inconvenience, I had a collaboration on this issue with our development department, and here is the news for you:
1. We’ll add an aria-label-related issue in the upcoming version.
2. And about the double-id issue, It’s because of our pre-built header types, it doubles the IDs because of a main and sticky header, so if you want to fix it in the pre-built header type then you have to change it in the Core theme files of the pre-built header type for now, and We’ll fix this too with the upcoming updates of the theme.
OR Alternatively, you can use the theme another functionality header builder and create your own Custom Header with it, and that double id issue will be resolved with it, please refer to our theme documentation here: https://www.portotheme.com/wordpress/porto/documentation/header-builder-using-page-builders/

1. You can show/hide the Add to Cart Button using the Catalog Mode but its not possible to change it to Login/Register for guests, If you want to show or hide the prices based on the user roles, you can choose it from Theme Options >> WooCommerce >> Catalog Mode: https://postimg.cc/XXDC47rR
2. Registration Form and functionality is the default functionality of WooCommerce, and our theme does not have any influence on it, so you can try with any third-party plugin that better suits your requirements.

Excellent theme. Just beware of the RESET ALL / RESET SECTION buttons placement, too easy to make a mistake. A drop down choice ( two step) would be far better.
