Hello Team,

I want to know Porto Theme “Page Title, Post Title & Product Title” has H2 tag, is this setting the default setting with Porto theme? If Yes! then why H2 and not H1?

We have intentionally set those tags to H2 because the Logo tag also has the H1 tag so to avoid duplication of H1 tag we did this, but if you want to change the Title tag to H1 you can do it using the template builder.

You have to create your own Custom Layouts for the single products and single posts and then you can use the “Porto Ultimate Heading” elemenet to show the title, use Main Heading as dynamic Title and set the Tag as H1, please refer to these screenshots: https://postimg.cc/zyyHLH85 & https://postimg.cc/18B7zTmb

Can you recommend a path to upgrade from Theme Version: 3.6.4, we tried once on a staging server, it failed to work at all, thus; are trying a different way. Is there a way I can gain access to all versions from 3.6.4 up so I can slowly build up to the current version 6.9.3 please? You must have some version control somewhere? Thank you…

It does not automatically generate structured FAQ data that is aligned with Google’s guidelines.

To align with Google’s structured FAQ data, you need to implement the appropriate schema markup on your website. Schema markup is a standardized format that helps search engines understand the content and structure of a webpage. It provides additional context to search engines and enables them to display rich snippets, including FAQ sections, in search results.

To create structured FAQ data aligned with Google’s guidelines, you can manually implement the FAQPage schema markup on your website. You’ll need to add the necessary HTML tags and properties to mark up each question and answer within the FAQ section.

Here’s an example of how the HTML structure would look like for a single question and answer:

Hi. In last few days I realised huge increase of our website via FTP. There is one folder located at /wp-content/uploads/porto_merged_resources which . In this folder there are files which made more that 3 GB+ total folder size increase in last 8-10 days. Could you please let me know how to stop creating this files? I don´t have unlimited web storage so I have to keep only important files. Thank you

Please try to turn OFF/Uncheck the “Merge javascripts and stylesheets” and “Enable Critical CSS” under Porto >> Speed Optimization Wizard >> Advanced and Save and Continue, finally check back to your site after clearing the browser cache.

Your WPBakery update has failed, in fact it has deactivated the plug-in completely & broken our shop. After clicking update on it via Install Plugins I’m getting

“Please visit the subscriptions page and renew to continue receiving updates.

Plugin not activated. A higher version of WPBakery Page Builder is needed for this theme. Please update the plugin.”

There’s now no way to re-activate the plugin at all.

I can see you are using the FVM cache plugin, you are using the lightspeed cache server end as well, so we suggest you that first of all, please deactivate the cache plugins from your site and remove the complete cache from server end as well till you are in the development process.

And then please try to change the color from Porto >> Theme Options:

Header >> Header Styling Menu >> Menu Styling Breadcrumbs >> Breadcrumbs Styling Footer >> Footer Styling WooCommerce >> Styling

Finally check back to your site after clearing the browser cache.

Please note that some sections color have been overidden by the elements setting, in that case you have to edit the page and then edit the element, and under the element settings change the color as per your requirements.
