Is there a way to adjust the Search option? As when I enter a search on the site it searches the whole site and I then have the ‘edit’ the settings box before it brings back any results.

Hi, I’m reaching out regarding a support ticket I opened some time back, to which I haven’t received a response yet. I recently installed the Overlay Header Demo using Elementor, as indicated on the demo website for its compatibility. However, I encountered an issue where it displayed extensive coding rather than the expected elements. To address this, I installed WP Bakery, which seems to be working fine. The challenge I’m facing is the necessity for this feature to be compatible with Elementor. Any assistance or guidance on how to resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated.

There is a big problem with updating the theme. they say there is an update but it is a lie! there is only old version in the download section. lifetime update is a fake and support ignores you. They will update your theme if you pay for additional support which should supposedly be free of charge.

No new updates since version 2022 v6.0. I’m inundated with emails from WPBAkery plugin to update or buy a license. incredibly annoying. now I have to change theme because there are no more updates.

We already updated wpbakery plugin to it’s latest version v6.13.0 in our theme latest theme version number Version 6.1 : 31th May 2023. So update theme on your site and you automatically get notification on your site for update that plugin in your site after theme update.
When you purchase a theme from ThemeForest that bundles WPBakery Page Builder and Revolution Slider, you are free to use these Premium plugins with the theme. However, your Theme purchase does not give you an individual WPBakery Page Builder or Revolution Slider license. Activation doesn’t mean the plugin will not work but only that you cannot receive direct updates. You can use these plugins with the theme and you are fully compliant with the Envato’s policy, but you cannot activate them as the owner (so don’t try to use the theme purchase code to activate one of these plugins). So you can ignore that license notice and use both plugin legally in your site.

I know that the plugin is integrated into the theme and you update this plugin with the theme update. The problem is that in the past, theme updates could be downloaded from Evanto Market User Account Downloads. Now you do not send new updates into the download section and I cannot update the theme on my site – it will not update. It is not possible to update this theme until you have uploaded the update to the download section.

Since April 11th, we provided a response with the administrator credentials through the ticket platform for ticket #436304 without receiving a solution that resolves the reported issue.

I am very sorry to report my disappointment at the lack of attention and solution to my support request. Here is a detailed timeline of the process:
- On 04/04/23 a ticket was created by support and we were asked for FTP access.
- On 04/11/23, we responded that it was not possible to provide those credentials at that time, but we provided them with access as a Wordpress administrator. However, they were unable to use it and we asked for the cause of the error, but received no response.
- On 04/12/23, they informed us that they could not make use of the credentials we provided them.
- On 04/28/23, we informed you that we already had FTP access to share it. After 28 days of posting the ticket, we still have not received any response or solution to the problem that is being presented.
The last response we received from support was on 04/12/23 and we have not received any further response since.
We sincerely hope that this situation can be resolved soon and that we can count on your help to deal with the problem effectively. The lack of response and resolution from support is unacceptable to us and affects our ability to use your template effectively.
