hi, i am changing web host, need to rebuild website with reupload xstore theme zip file
right now setting up backup subdomain website, when i upload newly downloaded xstore zip file to wordpress, why always get error message “link expired”?
1. please advise how to get “NOT expired” xstore theme zip file to upload to wordpress site?
i purchased 1 xstore license, qualify to install in 1 main domain and 3 staged domain,
2. if i install a coming soon plugin, will the backup subdomain website qualify as staging domain?
please help asap so i can transfer website files to new webhost asap before old webhost expired.

I purchased the theme a while back for a client and now 6 month laster my support has ended but we are near completion with the development all to find CURRENCY is being Discriminated and in order for developers in countries other than Europe or US we need to purchase a currency switcher WooCommerce Currency Switcher Professional – FOX (former name is WOOCS) for another $36 dollars. VERY CLEAVER. I installed the currency switcher which has 2 currencies installed by default $ and Euro – even if you manually change the option tab welcome current remains USD

i have installed my license in couple of domains and subdomains and deleted the website . am not able to deregister those domains from support canter . and i have still support validity but am not getting any reply to the emails from 8themes@gmail.com how will i fix this?

Once this is done, please check back on your site.

Hi. We have a site using this theme and the backend is very slow with the theme enabled. The site does have a large database.
The default theme is 2 seconds TTFB load time. This theme is about 8 seconds TTFB.
Any tips to speed it up? It’s all up to date.

2/ Activate XStore White Label Branding plugin > go to settings of it > Admin panel links > disable ChatGPT (Open AI). Then you can disable the White Label Branding plugin.
