Hello, i’ve updated a motors licensed theme on one of my website. After the updates the license is lost, asking me to login by envato to get it activated. I’ve tried plenty of times. I’ve been redirected to your dashboard, where i follow the simple “Activate” button and it show me the correct domain plus 0/2 licences activated. I get push back to the website, but still the license is inactive and i can’t update the plugin, and this is causing numerous conflicts. Why he licence is not working anymore? I’ve no premium support anymore and i can’t contact you on support panel. Thanks.

In this way you can use your Envato account that you purchased on Envato and synchronize your account with our support site, so you will be able to submit tickets from our support site
Make sure that you didn’t use the license on another domain, you won’t be able to activate the theme if you already used the activation on another site. I am experiencing difficulties installing a theme on another domain due to a license limitation. I had previously installed the theme on two other domains, but I no longer have access to those domains. I would like to remove the license association with those two domains and install it on a new domain. However, I am unable to do so through my account, and I believe manual intervention from your side is necessary.

Our manager cleared the license from your previous domain. Now you can use the activation on your current live domain. For the future, if you are going to activate the license on a new domain, please deactivate from your old domain directly from the WordPress dashboard

You have the theme purchase code and token activation key of the theme in order to activate the theme. The theme comes with the WP Bakery plugin by default and it’s activated from our themes’ default folders, so there is no need to activate the plugin in order to use it. You can use the WP Bakery plugin with our theme without any restrictions. However, if you would like to use the Premium version premium paid templates of the WP Bakery plugin you can purchase it separately

Padding is OK. This is an Adsense activation code (NOT AD CODE) I placed in the header using WPCode Lite plugin
So in this case, you will need to recheck the WPCode Lite plugin by contacting the plugin authors directly, as the theme default settings and options do not include such case

The latest update doesn’t include such kind of change for the listing titles in general. Make sure that you updated all the theme plugins as well. If the issue will be still there, try to test by editing a single listing and by re-saving titles

Unfortunately, there is no such option in the Rental search to set age for drivers and change price based on the driver’s age. According to the GPS and extra seat, yes you can set Car options, so while making car reservations users can add car options for selected reservation cars. According to the prices, you can set price per day, or fixed price.

The latest update of the theme doesn’t include any restriction or change to the footer area. Have you customized/modified the theme in the previous outdated versions from your end? The theme update process doesn’t change the content and settings by default. If you have some customizations in your parent theme, you need to install a child theme. If you will make your modifications to your child theme you don’t have to worry about losing the modifications.

You can use the Bakery as well, there is no need to switch to Elementor Builder. It depends on what demo layout you imported. Plugins like WP Bakery page builder are not free in general. We have bought those paid plugins from our end and included them in our theme packages as external plugins and they are active from the theme side, so you can use those plugins without any restriction. All the updates we will include with the theme are regular updates. So, the update of the plugins you will be able to get as soon as there will be the theme update

Several car models (child categories) have detached themselves from the parent categories (Car Makes). They are so many and I have no idea how to restore this. What could be the reason and how can I sort it?
I just noted that your demo has also detached some car models from car makes e.g. the Acura car make models have been detached from the respective car models. Car models for Acura on your site doesn’t appear in search or ad building. This is a bug which you need to fix. thousands of car models on my site have been detached from their respective car make. What did you update when this issue has NOT been solved. How am I going to restore relation of hundreds of models to makes? Seems you manually update your own template for us to believe that you have sorted the issue. I truly hate this theme

Now tell me how I am gonna reattach car models to respective makes. Your update has not solved anything from our end. It ONLY worked for your demo site. Sad!
You need to make sure that you set the relationship between your make and model listing categories properly. The latest updates didn’t include any restrictions or changes for listing categories in general. I had set this relations well a long ago. It’s just recently that a half of the models which are in hundreds deassiciated themselves from their respective makes. You even admitted this here and I believe you only sorted your demo manually. I identifying models one by one and attaching them back makes is extremely a lot of work. Can you please provide a solution

im super interested in getting a second copy of this theme so that i can activate my expired support .. but i have 2 requests before doing so and this is time sensitive
1. can you please fix the importer 5.0.7 didnt actually fix the problem nor did motor 5.4.9 ive even had my hosting company try again still all 500 or 200 errors ive also noticed based on the comments here that im not the only one facing these issues .. ive recommended many of my clients buy your themes but this is the only one ive ever had this many issues with. so before i grab this under my own project i would like the reassurance that the imported problem has been fully resolved. when running it now the page refreshed over and over again for the demo car dealership 1 it hangs on classified listings which is quite annoying. please fix this

2. Regrettably, the Mobile App is only available for purchase separately on CodeCanyon. It is not included as part of the theme package.

1. I have a fully dedicated server with enough resources to do anything
2. I’ve raised all the limits to 4000 - max timeout 4000 - max exicution 4000 - memory 4000 - max upload 4000mb
It’s not my server at all as many people below in the comments are complaining about the same thing
3. I know the app is not a part of the package I specifically asked you to add the global envato sale to the 30% for the app so I could have bought both together
4. I’m very concerned with this theme and app because presales inquiries are 3-4-5 days
There are people complaining about it being bloated and laced with errors

1. We do not have such kinf of styling in general for mobile screens and menu. Have you customized the theme scripts and included custom styles?
2. It doesn’t depend on the theme by default. For example, on our live demo sites, our developers used the following caching plugins -> Autoptimize, WP Super Cache and the advanced-cache.php module on the server
