Unfortunately, that is not a feature of the theme, and while I do typically perform minor customizations for free, you would need to pay extra for more extensive custom help.

Hey team, I have already provided you with the purchase code. What else do you need? My client purchased the theme and provided the purchase code, which I believe should be sufficient. Secondly, you mentioned that you usually reply within 24 hours, but the last reply I received from you was on June 9th, and there has been no response since then. Are you experiencing any difficulties in replying? We have paid for support and we expect timely responses. Unfortunately, you are not meeting our expectations in terms of response time. I have used many themes with different support teams, and you are one of the few that is causing delays without any apparent reason. Firstly, the theme itself has several issues and is not functioning properly. I have also installed 6 or 7 plugins, including the theme’s recommended plugin. So, I’m wondering if the problem lies on your end or mine?

cPanel is something your hosting company would handle. And I’m not sure what plugins you are referring to, but the theme does come with several plugins, as mentioned on the main theme page.
Can we expect anonther update to the theme and plugins, or has the further development of this theme been abandoned?

Are you aware of any plugins that have been tested with the theme to enable the offloading of images to an S3 Amazon Bucket to minimise the use of host resources?

I will let you know if I find one that works, I have narrowed a few down and will test them over the next few days.

About 6 months ago, BashKOsman left a comment here stating that:
- After latest update, viewing all posts from a specific author shows no featured image on every fifth post (shows just the title and excerpt).
This still appears to be happening, do you plan on releasing an official fix for it?
Additionally, could you add a toggle feature to disable the large image on every fifth post, as this was just dropped on us with a recent update, and many of us would love an option to disable this. It’s aggressive, even more so on mobile.

My support has expired, so there’s no reason for me to submit a ticket only for you to tell me that I no longer get support. I’m just letting you know publicly since it was brought to your attention over 6 months ago and yet it still seems to be an ongoing issue.
As for the large image “feature”, as someone who’s been using this theme for years and years now, I was surprised that you would introduce a feature like this without warning or any way to disable this for those of us who want to keep things running as they were.

Hi, I need to upgrade an old Wordpress theme to a new one (lots of news posts in categories are made in plain html text with the Featurered Image for the thumbnail and header image), is your theme supporting this?
Also will php 8 work correctly with the theme (last update is from 2022).

The theme does use the Featured Image feature. And I am not aware of any conflicts with PHP 8, so if any arise, I will certainly address them in an update.
It seems that the auto-load post function in your theme is no longer being registered in Google Analytics. Additionally, Theia Post Slider’s ability to increase page views with Analytics has also stopped working in both Universal Analytics and the new GA4. More details
Is there any solution to fix this issue so that the theme can still provide this functionality?

AMP is not working with the theme plugin this is weird because its not compatible, this is a very big issu

The demo is showing as AMP compatible. I believe the last thing I asked from you at the Support Center was to switch to a different theme to see if you still had the same issue. If you have responded to the ticket, I will get back to your shortly. But please do not spread falsehoods about the theme just because you’re having a specific issue with your site that may not even have anything to do with the theme.
