Hello, Great theme with many features and very nice design !
I have just an issue with the left sidebar on shop page. I’ve filters and categories links displayed on desktop, but nothing is showing on mobile, I check all the options, tried alot CSS codes found on the web/forums but I can’t figure this out.
Could you please give me a CSS trick to show the following sidebar on mobiles please ? ”.porto-woo-category-sidebar .left-sidebar .mobile-sidebar”
The easier for you, maybe a button/icon to show it up like the navigation, or display it on the top of the products shop page.

Hi, I know the support period is over. But the question I will ask is not an extra question, it is actually one of the main supports that should be given. Normally, when we load the pre-built website, the settings should come automatically. But as you can see, the contact us page did not open for me as it did on your demo page. link 1 is urgent for me. Link 2 is the page that opens in your demo. Also, the cookies section was not loaded with my demo design. this is not an extra request for help, it is actually the failure to provide the normal settings that should be.

That is because you did not have that form on your site, you have to create that form on your site, OR you have to import the same demo on your site and the form will also be imported with it.

For exemple the category A grid layout would come with a red header, as well as the products details of the products that are listed in the category A, but the category B (and its products) would have a bleu header…

Simply navigate to the Dashboard >> Porto >> Theme Options >> Skins >> Custom CSS >> and then paste the below code at the bottom of the black box.

Just a quick question hoping you can help me with a quick response, I have a site with the mini cart appearing as off canvas, it has by default the view cart button and proceed to checkout button, i want to add an extra button there.

Sorry for the inconvenience, but you can edit the top banner from Porto >> Theme Options >> Layout >> HTML Blocks as per your requirements.
If you simply want to remove the quick view from the products on the mobile version only, then please copy and paste the below given CSS code to Porto >> Theme Options >> Skin >> Custom CSS, save changes and check back to your site after clearing the browser cache, It should resolve your issue.

Please try to remove the Custom CSS from your site which you have used for the popup of the mega menu and then check back again.
If the issue still persists, then please try to disable all the third-party plugins on your site except Theme Required/Recommended plugins, and check back your site after clearing the browser cache, might be any additional/extra third party plugins conflicting on your site and creating that issue. If this will resolve your issue then again you have to activate all the third party plugins one by one and check which one is creating the issue on your site, and try to reach out to the Plugin Author for further help on this.
And if the issue will still persists then please remain all the third party plugins deactivated on your site and provide me the permission to debug your site which includes deactivating all the third party plugins and on site Customization as well. We also request you to please share the site WP Admin URL and Credentials with us as well for further investigating the issue on your site via our support system.
Note: Please take the complete backup of your site before following the above steps as that might affect your site.

I want to know Porto Theme “Page Title, Post Title & Product Title” has H2 tag, is this setting the default setting with Porto theme? If Yes! then why H2 and not H1?

We have intentionally set those tags to H2 because the Logo tag also has the H1 tag so to avoid duplication of H1 tag we did this, but if you want to change the Title tag to H1 you can do it using the template builder.
You have to create your own Custom Layouts for the single products and single posts and then you can use the “Porto Ultimate Heading” elemenet to show the title, use Main Heading as dynamic Title and set the Tag as H1, please refer to these screenshots: https://postimg.cc/zyyHLH85 & https://postimg.cc/18B7zTmb

Can you recommend a path to upgrade from Theme Version: 3.6.4, we tried once on a staging server, it failed to work at all, thus; are trying a different way. Unfortunately, this is not possible, you can only download the very latest version of the theme from ThemeForest.
And you have missed a lot of theme updates in between your current theme version 3.6.4 and the very latest version 6.9.3 in which we have added/removed many of the options/designs and functionalities.

Hi. In last few days I realised huge increase of our website via FTP. There is one folder located at /wp-content/uploads/porto_merged_resources which . In this folder there are files which made more that 3 GB+ total folder size increase in last 8-10 days. Could you please let me know how to stop creating this files?
