I want to change the add to cart button to requotes quote button it it wont allow me and is there a way to allow this?

If you do not want to use the Add to Cart button and replace it with Quote button then you should have to use the Porto Template Builder.

You should have to create your own Custom Single Product page and Shop Archive page using the template builder and then do not use the Add to Cart button element but instead use the Lightbox element and perform quote form with it like: https://www.portotheme.com/wordpress/porto/shortcodes/lightboxes/

Hi developers, I seem to have an issue with the 404 page. The menu doesn’t seem to load properly on the 404 page. The issue seems to happen on the default 404 page. I also copied the 404.php file and put it in my custom them folder to make my own 404.php to help fix the issue. But the problem still seems to happen.

Looking at the 404.php file they both have global $porto_settings, the ?php header, and ?php footer lines. Therefore, I’m unsure as to why the drop down menu won’t load as normal on the 404 pages. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I just found the issue. I unchecked the performance options and “Lazy Load Sub Menus”. Thank you.

It depends on the Multivendor plugin which you used on your site, Dokan, and WCFM, Regarding viewing the monthly sales of each seller, both plugins offer reporting and analytics features to help administrators monitor and analyze sales data. You can typically access sales reports that provide insights into overall sales performance, including data on individual sellers. However, the extent and details of the reporting features may vary between the plugins and their versions.

Hi, I have several licences of your theme, and I was about to purchase a new one, but I see that you can’t have different breadcrumbs background images on different pages, since breadcrumbs options are no longer in each single page settings, but only in the theme option. Is that right or I’m missinig anything? Thanks

Hi there. Since latest update, customers are adding a product to their cart, it says that the product has been added to the cart, yet the product is not showing in the cart. I am using Elementor page builder. I know you guys posted a fix for a similar issue not too long ago.

Are you using the very latest version of the Theme and Plugins? If no then please update and try again If yes then please try to disable all the third-party plugins on your site except Theme Required/Recommended plugins, and check back your site after clearing the browser cache, might be any additional/extra third party plugins conflicting on your site and creating that issue. If this will resolve your issue then again you have to activate all the third-party plugins one by one and check which one is creating the issue on your site, and try to reach out to the Plugin Author for further help on this.

And if the issue will still persist then please remain all the third-party plugins deactivated on your site and provide me the permission to debug your site which includes deactivating all the third party plugins and on site Customization as well. we also request you to please share the site WP Admin URL and Credentials with us as well for further investigating the issue on your site via our support system.

Note: Please take the complete backup of your site before following the above steps as that might affect your site.

Hello, Great theme with many features and very nice design !

I have just an issue with the left sidebar on shop page. I’ve filters and categories links displayed on desktop, but nothing is showing on mobile, I check all the options, tried alot CSS codes found on the web/forums but I can’t figure this out.

Could you please give me a CSS trick to show the following sidebar on mobiles please ? ”.porto-woo-category-sidebar .left-sidebar .mobile-sidebar”

The easier for you, maybe a button/icon to show it up like the navigation, or display it on the top of the products shop page.

Hi, I know the support period is over. But the question I will ask is not an extra question, it is actually one of the main supports that should be given. Normally, when we load the pre-built website, the settings should come automatically. But as you can see, the contact us page did not open for me as it did on your demo page. link 1 is urgent for me. Link 2 is the page that opens in your demo. Also, the cookies section was not loaded with my demo design. this is not an extra request for help, it is actually the failure to provide the normal settings that should be.

That is because you did not have that form on your site, you have to create that form on your site, OR you have to import the same demo on your site and the form will also be imported with it.

For exemple the category A grid layout would come with a red header, as well as the products details of the products that are listed in the category A, but the category B (and its products) would have a bleu header…

Hi! Sorry for bothering again but how i can hide sidebar showing on mobile devices? Sidebar is currently showing on bottom of the page on mobile devices. Just a quick question hoping you can help me with a quick response, I have a site with the mini cart appearing as off canvas, it has by default the view cart button and proceed to checkout button, i want to add an extra button there.

If you simply want to remove the quick view from the products on the mobile version only, then please copy and paste the below given CSS code to Porto >> Theme Options >> Skin >> Custom CSS, save changes and check back to your site after clearing the browser cache, It should resolve your issue.
