Hi Porto,
Imagine this red circle is a category, is possible to be displayed the subcategories contained inside as a kind of accordeon visualizator?

Hello, @Joaquim_,
Not accordion but you can achieve something like this with menu, please watch the entire video here: https://www.veed.io/view/cc222948-530f-434d-800e-493bd2109bc7?sharingWidget=true&panel=share

Is it possible to remove the count on the mini cart when quantity is 0? Also is it possible to remove the spinning icon when there is items in the cart as it causes the cart icon to shift every time it is loading. I use a couple of different themes and none of their icons move when loading.
Thanks
Hello, @Silentbob90,
We regret to inform you that it is not possible to remove the count display when the quantity reaches zero. This limitation stems from the default functionality embedded within the current version of the theme.
Which spinning icon you are talking about? Could you please share the screenshot and also the page URL as well, so that I will check and assist you accordingly?

Hello,
With the latest themes and plugins up to date there is the following error:
CRITICAL Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function porto_get_box_shadow() in /homepages/24/d963102780/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/porto-functionality/shortcodes/templates/porto_ultimate_content_box.php:83
I’ve commented out the “box shadow” section around line 83 to resolve this temporarily but thought I’d point it out so this can be updated in a new release.
Hello, @StevenBradshaw,
Really sorry for the inconveniance and thanks for your patience.
We have just released the patch to solve this issue, Please navigate to Porto >> Patcher and Apply the patch, it should resolve your issue: https://postimg.cc/zL4y3D4Y

Hi,
Does this theme have the ability to assign custom urls to different providers? Sort of like affiliate marketing. And will you have the option or admin to see how many sales you will make at the end of the month?
Hello, @ap1506999,
First of all, thanks for showing your interest in Porto WordPress
Yes our theme is fully compaitable with major Multivendor plugins like Dokan and WCFM and both are pre packaged with our theme, basically Multivendor plugins are responsible to create the Multivendor store, It provides the functionality to register the vendors on your site and open their own stores on your site and you will get the comission from their sales.

We’ve had some problems with a virus that infected some of the Porto theme files and we had to delete them, which has caused the theme to fail working.
I’ve now removed the Porto theme plugin, downloaded the theme zip file and tried to re-install, but the install fails every time:
“Unpacking the package…
Installing the plugin…
The package could not be installed. No valid plugins were found.
Plugin installation failed.”
Any ideas how to progress from here?
Hello, @starchild1978,
Please try to Install the theme manually on your site, please refer to our theme documentation here: https://www.portotheme.com/wordpress/porto/documentation/installation-via-ftp-client/

Hi Porto,
I have the following in server:
PHP max_execution_time (3600) PHP max_input_vars (2000)
is good? or max_execution_time should be less ? (how much?)
thanks,
Hello, @Joaquim_,
The values you provided for PHP’s max_execution_time and max_input_vars directives seem reasonable.
The max_execution_time directive sets the maximum time (in seconds) that a PHP script can run before it is terminated. A value of 3600 seconds (1 hour) is quite high and should be sufficient for most cases, if you want you can reduce it to 600 but 1000 should be the best value.
The max_input_vars directive determines the maximum number of input variables (e.g., form fields, cookies, and query parameters) that PHP will process. The default value is typically set to 1000. A value of 2000 should be adequate for most applications.
I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any more questions.
Regards, P-THEMES.

does it have option to select multiple images per variation?
Hello, @ifoxsolutions,
One single image for one single variation our theme provides, if you want multiple images for the single variation, you can try with any third party plugin which better meets your requirements.

I want to change the add to cart button to requotes quote button it it wont allow me and is there a way to allow this?
Hello, @xkicknitx,
If you do not want to use the Add to Cart button and replace it with Quote button then you should have to use the Porto Template Builder.
You should have to create your own Custom Single Product page and Shop Archive page using the template builder and then do not use the Add to Cart button element but instead use the Lightbox element and perform quote form with it like: https://www.portotheme.com/wordpress/porto/shortcodes/lightboxes/
https://www.portotheme.com/wordpress/porto/documentation/templates-builder/
https://www.portotheme.com/wordpress/porto/documentation/faq/how-to-create-custom-product-layout-using-porto-template-builder-and-with-wp-bakery-page-builder/
https://www.portotheme.com/wordpress/porto/documentation/single-builder-elements/
This is the only possible way.

Hi developers, I seem to have an issue with the 404 page. The menu doesn’t seem to load properly on the 404 page. The issue seems to happen on the default 404 page. I also copied the 404.php file and put it in my custom them folder to make my own 404.php to help fix the issue. But the problem still seems to happen.
Looking at the 404.php file they both have global $porto_settings, the ?php header, and ?php footer lines. Therefore, I’m unsure as to why the drop down menu won’t load as normal on the 404 pages. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I just found the issue. I unchecked the performance options and “Lazy Load Sub Menus”. Thank you.
Hello, @eduardomurillo,
Thank you for reaching out about the issue with the 404 page. I’m glad to hear that you were able to identify the problem and resolve it by unchecking the “Lazy Load Sub Menus” option in the performance settings. I
If you have any further questions or need additional assistance, please feel free to ask. We’re here to help!

Thank you for your response,
Does the theme have an exclusive Administrator where you can view the monthly sales of each seller?
Hello, @ap1506999,
It depends on the Multivendor plugin which you used on your site, Dokan, and WCFM, Regarding viewing the monthly sales of each seller, both plugins offer reporting and analytics features to help administrators monitor and analyze sales data. You can typically access sales reports that provide insights into overall sales performance, including data on individual sellers. However, the extent and details of the reporting features may vary between the plugins and their versions.

Hi, I have several licences of your theme, and I was about to purchase a new one, but I see that you can’t have different breadcrumbs background images on different pages, since breadcrumbs options are no longer in each single page settings, but only in the theme option. Is that right or I’m missinig anything? Thanks
Giusy
Hello, @giusy_deorsi,
First of all, thanks for showing your interest in Porto WordPress
You can easily change the breadcrumb’s background images on different pages as per your requirements, by simply editing the pages and under page options changing/choosing/setting the background image for the breadcrumbs, please refer to this screenshot for further reference: https://pasteboard.co/m1l2sHuRukmq.png

Hi there. Since latest update, customers are adding a product to their cart, it says that the product has been added to the cart, yet the product is not showing in the cart. I am using Elementor page builder. I know you guys posted a fix for a similar issue not too long ago.
Hello, @globalgrocer,
Are you using the very latest version of the Theme and Plugins? If no then please update and try again If yes then please try to disable all the third-party plugins on your site except Theme Required/Recommended plugins, and check back your site after clearing the browser cache, might be any additional/extra third party plugins conflicting on your site and creating that issue. If this will resolve your issue then again you have to activate all the third-party plugins one by one and check which one is creating the issue on your site, and try to reach out to the Plugin Author for further help on this.
And if the issue will still persist then please remain all the third-party plugins deactivated on your site and provide me the permission to debug your site which includes deactivating all the third party plugins and on site Customization as well. we also request you to please share the site WP Admin URL and Credentials with us as well for further investigating the issue on your site via our support system.
Note: Please take the complete backup of your site before following the above steps as that might affect your site.
