Hi Avada
How can I customize the “margin-bottom” of #content to “0px” on mobile. Currently it is defaulting to “50px” which looks quite large on mobile.

Hello, I just bought the theme. Can I use the theme as a subfolder for the main domain, for example domain.com/avada/ and then move the whole folder and the database directly to domain.com? I need some time to finish up the design for the new website, and in the meanwhile i will use the old design that is present on domain.com. That’s why i’m looking forward to work on a subfolder, until the new website is ready to use. Is that allowed?

Yes, that is definitely doable and your license will work without any issues, you will need to reset the license once the domain change is done so it can be recognised properly by our system, if you need further assistance with this, please open a support ticket and our team will follow up.

Avada’s builder is purpose-built for Avada, So naturally, we do not suggest you try and use multiple simultaneously. It will lead to issues.

1) This definitely not true that we deny any service. You only have one ticket with us and this was 5yrs ago. There have not been any further tickets for you to even ask for support
2) If you do not use the theme on the site, you will obviously not have access to the Avada Dashboard in the site. You can easily unregister the purchase code from there, Screenshot here
3) If you have delete the site, you can still manage the purchase code from your Avada support account. To register your Avada website, please see this help file and video . To register your My Avada account, please see this help file and video . This is where you can manage your license registrations, get downloads, open a support ticket, and more.
If you do not remember your username, you can even use your email address to login.

Did Avada Themes consider developing a feature to search for a specific identifier in the Form Entries section, when there are a large number of entries, making it tedious to manually locate and delete/view a particular form’s data by browsing through multiple pages? For example: name Surname, Phone Number, or search for any data entered in the form field.

Currently searching thru entries is not a possibility I am afraid, if a specific entry has to be removed you will need to find it manually and remove it from the entries section, however you can always make your feature requests here => https://my.avada.com/make-a-request/

Hi, Wordpress and avada versions are up to date. I imported the taxi demo, but the problem is, the changes I made on the homepage do not only happen on mobile, the homepage demo stays as it is. There is no problem with the changes I made on other pages. This is the only place I can get support from, please don’t tell me to open a ticket.

Avada Taxi prebuilt website uses rendering option to show different content on different devices so you will need to actually make sure that the changes are being made into the right container or element in this case, to learn more about the rendering option please check our documentation here => https://avada.com/documentation/how-to-use-conditional-element-rendering-in-avada/

Please see that you’ve the form set to ‘save to database’ under Form Options > Submission > Actions when editing the form, otherwise the entries count will only show the total number of form submissions made.

hello, I used ACF to create a new post type; however, I now only have 1 “featured image” option instead of the default of 5 featured images to use. It still shows 5 featured image options on the regular post type but not the new created one. How do I add more featured image options to the new post type created through ACF? Thank you

hey all, i am having an issue with adding the page builder to the events posts. I am using the psychology theme and I can not get the avada builder on the back end or the front end. I looked for documentation only to find covered info on the theme fusion builder but it looks as if the theme fusion builder is now the avada builder. Is there a settings area to the avada builder to enable post types like there was for the fusion theme builder? Please help. thanks in advance.

Sorry my support expired but I have a quick question When I choose in the avada option the flyout menu in the mobile menu section it is empty, however in Dashboard=> Appearances => Menus I selected a mobile navigation, which working OK in the classic and modern but it doesn’t show up in the flyout

Is it a way to build a mobile menu layout in the layout builder and assign it only to a mobile view, because I like to include on the bottom of the mobile menu the social icons? I using the avada daycare website, which has vertical menu with nice social icons, but those are not visible on the mobile. Is exist some workaround, or could you add a more comprehensive mobile menu builder in the future where you can change the sub-menu item colors as well (normal, hover, current) and add other elements as well such as the social icons, address, phone, working hours. Basically all the things you can add to a flyout menu. Is it possible to I use on the mobile view a flyout menu, but on the desktop view not to include the flyout? If yes could you help me to achieve it? I am interested on flyout menu as exist on the Avada Magazine but I wish only appear the flyout on the mobile view

You can definitely achieve a Flyout menu for mobile only in this case using a custom header and on live builder you can definitely create it as you go and view it while you are building it up, depending on what are your exact requirements we will suggest you to please open a support ticket with our team so they can further assist you with it.
