Thanks for the great theme. I have purchased 3 licenses. However, since yesterday – update to the latest version – a website (https://digimusiclab.com/) does not display some content. Although the page appears unchanged in the backend and the texts are there. Wordpress, theme and plugins are up to date. What can I do?

I tried to update Avada theme on multiple of my recently new installed sites and it says: “The purchase code is already being used on another domain.”

I have not used the license keys on any other sites.

Please see that a single purchase code is being used on each install. If you have multiple licenses, please verify that you copy each unique purchase code and use that to register each additional site.

Hi, I have a purchased license but I don’t remember the username for https://my.avada.com

When I create a new account with that license number, it tells me that it is already associated with another user.

With the license number, is there any way to know the username or email to reset the password?

Logged in to “My Avada” and i can see that it was registered on my another website, but it’s running on another theme now. How to reset avada purchase code so i can use it on new website?

Issues with My Avada:

1. Why does our “My Avada” show that our licenses are not connected to our website? We are currently using Avada V7.11.0 with no issues.

2. Why does our “My Avada” no longer show our entire Ticket Support History? Many older tickets provide solutions that have been useful to restore of “re-fix” our website. We are aware that our support period has expired. That should not prevent us, however, from viewing past solutions or tickets that were generated during our valid (paid) support periods. Kindly restore our ticket history.

Today, I purchased a new Avada theme. I switched from my old theme to Avada and the widget tab has disappeared from my Wordpress panel. I can’t access any widgets, edit them, or create new ones. All my footer links and sidebars are gone. I’m trying to get support from https://my.avada.com/login/ but despite resetting my password numerous times, my new passwords never work for logging in. I’m in a difficult situation, what can I do?

I was able to log in with a different email address.

For the widgets issue, please see that you have “Legacy Widget Areas” enabled WP Dashboard → Avada → Global Options → Advanced → Features.

How can I customize the “margin-bottom” of #content to “0px” on mobile. Currently it is defaulting to “50px” which looks quite large on mobile.

Hello, I just bought the theme. Can I use the theme as a subfolder for the main domain, for example domain.com/avada/ and then move the whole folder and the database directly to domain.com? I need some time to finish up the design for the new website, and in the meanwhile i will use the old design that is present on domain.com. That’s why i’m looking forward to work on a subfolder, until the new website is ready to use. Is that allowed?

Yes, that is definitely doable and your license will work without any issues, you will need to reset the license once the domain change is done so it can be recognised properly by our system, if you need further assistance with this, please open a support ticket and our team will follow up.

TypeError: e.trim is not a function – I’m now getting this error when trying to do anything on live editor.

Is this a known bug??

I also can’t contact support as it’s run out. I do think issues like this should still be covered.

I am not ask for help. Just tell how bad the service is! No support for theme is ok, but why no support for AVADA account? I forget the avada account user name, I can’t find how to solve it.

1) This definitely not true that we deny any service. You only have one ticket with us and this was 5yrs ago. There have not been any further tickets for you to even ask for support

2) If you do not use the theme on the site, you will obviously not have access to the Avada Dashboard in the site. You can easily unregister the purchase code from there, Screenshot here

3) If you have delete the site, you can still manage the purchase code from your Avada support account. To register your Avada website, please see this help file and video . To register your My Avada account, please see this help file and video . This is where you can manage your license registrations, get downloads, open a support ticket, and more.

If you do not remember your username, you can even use your email address to login.

Did Avada Themes consider developing a feature to search for a specific identifier in the Form Entries section, when there are a large number of entries, making it tedious to manually locate and delete/view a particular form’s data by browsing through multiple pages? For example: name Surname, Phone Number, or search for any data entered in the form field.

Currently searching thru entries is not a possibility I am afraid, if a specific entry has to be removed you will need to find it manually and remove it from the entries section, however you can always make your feature requests here => https://my.avada.com/make-a-request/

Hi, Wordpress and avada versions are up to date. I imported the taxi demo, but the problem is, the changes I made on the homepage do not only happen on mobile, the homepage demo stays as it is. There is no problem with the changes I made on other pages. This is the only place I can get support from, please don’t tell me to open a ticket.

Avada Taxi prebuilt website uses rendering option to show different content on different devices so you will need to actually make sure that the changes are being made into the right container or element in this case, to learn more about the rendering option please check our documentation here => https://avada.com/documentation/how-to-use-conditional-element-rendering-in-avada/
