Hi there,

We are unable to update the Sultin Classy Extension from version 1.5 to 1.6. We have tried for a couple of months now, but it keeps stating we need to update from version 1.5 to 1.6.

Also, we have tried on numerous occasions to email your support, as well as fill in your contact form on your website, but both fail to send messages and we get errors.

Please advise.

If clicking the update button does not throw any error then it might be because of the cache so please you can ignore that. The plugin is updated.

How do we edit the blog page’s ‘read more’ buttons under each post? Right now, they don’t link to the individual blog posts, they link to the main blog page instead.

Hello, I’m using the theme for a website and it is great. The website is on for almost two years, lately I get this error on the screen: “Translation loading for the kirki domain was triggered too early. This is usually an indicator for some code in the plugin or theme running too early. Translations should be loaded at the init” I updated all plugins but it did not solve this’ what can be done to fix it? Thanks

This issue is coming from the kirki plugin. As this is a new issue we are sure the author of the plugin will soon release an update to fix that. And for now, you can disable the error showing by setting the wp-debug “false” in your wp-config.php file in the Wordpress installation. Thank you.

Hello – I just purchased the theme and doing the installation of the DEMO content and plugins.

I noticed that from the list of plugins that are required the “Sultin Classy Extension” shows up to install and activate, but the link to the plugin is no longer working.

When I try to “ACTIVATE” the Plugin from my WordPress plugin library it gives me an error message:

“Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.”

This will NOT allow me to complete the DEMO Content install and prevent me from fully using the theme.

Hi It seems something wrong with your activation system.

I tried to activate but it’s keep spinning after approve the envato connection.

Then i tried to open support ticket and it says invalid purchase key even though I have tried correct key several times.

How I get this fixed?

The contact form doesn’t send email notifications unless you pay for the premium version? Is this a joke?

The emails can be send free you don’t need pro version of the plugin for that https://prnt.sc/qUPkUm9hGBq9 you can configure that from the email settings and this is totally on the “Fluent form” plugin so we don’t have any thing with that. The theme is just for the design of the forms but the full functionalities are controlled by the plugin. If you need any help then please open a ticket in our support system.

Hey i have purchased the them and used it on a wordpress account. However I was not the admin and was kicked out the wordpress account not able to use the theme. I am trying to activate my theme on a new wordpress account where i am the admin and its telling me its “Used”. How do i clear my status as i now have a new word press account and cannot use my theme?
