With the latest version of the theme you will be able to update the theme pre-packed external plugins under the wp-admin > appearance > install plugins section. Please make sure that you activated the theme, without the theme activation you won’t be able to update plugins

That’s what I’m trying to tell you – the update fails. I did go install the latest theme update and go to wp-admin > appearance > install plugins. When I update WP Bakery there I get the “Download failed. A valid URL was not provided.” message.

With the latest version of the theme, you can update the plugins as well. Please make sure that third-party plugins are not conflicting. You can test by deactivating all of your extra third-party plugins

even I tried the updated files from my account and try to update the plugin and keep getting the following error.

The theme update process doesn’t change the content and settings by default. If you have some customizations in your parent theme, you need to install a child theme. If you will make your modifications to your child theme you don’t have to worry about losing the modifications.

Moreover, try to actually change the values proposed, even though they show different colors, to slightly more different ones, publish. Re-check your site via deleting your browser cache as well. By default, the theme and external plugins are in English. However, the theme and plugins are ready for translations. You can change your site’s main language under the WordPress dashboard > settings > general > site language section. It is recommended to use the Loco Translate plugin in order to properly set translations in the site, via this plugin you can properly organize translations of static strings of the theme and external plugins. So, you can make your site in any language. You purchased the theme in 2021, it could be that you are using an outdated version of the theme. Make sure that you updated the theme and external plugins to the latest version. Plugins like WP Bakery page builder are not free in general. We have bought those paid plugins from our end and included them in our theme packages as external plugins and they are active from the theme side, so you can use those plugins without any restriction. All the updates we will include with the theme regular updates. So, the update of the plugins you will be able to get as soon as there will be the theme update
