Hi we are using Pearl. We are having an issue, the page does not load when using Google Chromes back button. We have to refresh the page. The problem only appears when navigating on our site via google Chrome browser on a computer. Pressing the BACK button in the browser takes you to the previous page but it does not automatically load the page. You just get a white loading screen. Pressing RELOAD in the browser does the trick, and everything loads as it should.

The theme doesn’t include such kind of very strange issue as we tested our testing sites and our customer’s live websites. I can recommend you make sure that you are using the latest version of the theme and all the theme plugins should be updated as well. After it, recheck the issue by deactivating all of your site’s extra third-party plugins as well

We couldn’t reproduce this issue on our testing sites, please make sure that you are using the latest version of the theme and all the theme plugins should be updated as well under the wp-admin > appearance > install plugins section

I can guarantee you that the pre-packed plugins are all up to date also the theme. As soon as the Music post type is enabled the website just shows the dot in the middle like its loading but nothing happens, see screens attached. Also there i have turned on the debugger in the wp-config.

FYI … I got a failure message when I tried to install the WP Bakery PageBuilder update via “Install Required Plugin.” I installed the latest Pearl theme update. I was happy to see there was finally a WP Bakery update available too (it’s been outdated for a while. The specific error message is: “Download failed. A valid URL was not provided.” To be clear, I am not trying to update WP Bakery in the normal update Plugins process – I know that will not work. I am going to Appearance—> Install Plugins and see the update available there. No rush on fixing it – just thought you should know in case others are having issues.

With the latest version of the theme you will be able to update the theme pre-packed external plugins under the wp-admin > appearance > install plugins section. Please make sure that you activated the theme, without the theme activation you won’t be able to update plugins

That’s what I’m trying to tell you – the update fails. I did go install the latest theme update and go to wp-admin > appearance > install plugins. When I update WP Bakery there I get the “Download failed. A valid URL was not provided.” message.
With the latest version of the theme, you can update the plugins as well. Please make sure that third-party plugins are not conflicting. You can test by deactivating all of your extra third-party plugins

The theme update process doesn’t change the content and settings by default. If you have some customizations in your parent theme, you need to install a child theme. If you will make your modifications to your child theme you don’t have to worry about losing the modifications.

Moreover, try to actually change the values proposed, even though they show different colors, to slightly more different ones, publish. Re-check your site via deleting your browser cache as well. Hi, i´m so close to finish my site with this amazing theme, but I have a problem with staff widget. I have my site in spanish and english, and in the spanish version I have the button VIEW LESS and VIEW MORE, one in spanish and the other in english (I don´t know why). In the english version of the page, I have both in english. Is there anyway to change this text into theme options? Or I need to translate with a third plugin? (I have loco translate installed).

Good morning, thanks for your support. I´m using both, WPML to generate all the pages in english (my client bought the multilingual blog), and I Installed Loco translate to try to find this kind of strings, but I didn´t find it.
By default, the theme and external plugins are in English. However, the theme and plugins are ready for translations. You can change your site’s main language under the WordPress dashboard > settings > general > site language section. It is recommended to use the Loco Translate plugin in order to properly set translations in the site, via this plugin you can properly organize translations of static strings of the theme and external plugins. So, you can make your site in any language.
