Here it says “averta has decided to no longer offer support for this item.” On averta help center there is no button to renew it, only the link to Themeforest. I am stuck. Does this theme have the ability to assign custom urls to different providers? Sort of like affiliate marketing. And will you have the option or admin to see how many sales you will make at the end of the month?
Hi again, we replied you to a same question 1 month ago, and I am sorry we do not support affiliate option in Phlox and if you want to use Phlox for this you need to do it by your own with a third party plugin which we do not know which one works the best
Bought the theme and the license activation does not work, I input may purchase code and then it just freezes on license activation.

Information from the documentation (https://docs.phlox.pro/article/134-setting-up-social-media) it can be modified from the theme customizer, following the path “General>Website Socials” but not I can find this option.

HI. This theme was purchased in past. Now again when I want to use it, it says purchase code already used on any domain. Unfortunately, that domain is expired, I guess. I even cant remember what was the domain name. How can I use this ?

Hi, Phlox is RTL but its templates are not, so you need to make them RTL by your own

First installation was fine. I changed the site, removed licence following steps here https://docs.phlox.pro/article/174-transfer-license and tried multiple time to install plugin on correct domain. Installation Phlox Pro fail for “something missing”. Opened ticket with Averta. Hope they will reply
EDIT: after 5 minutes, support wrote me an email with successuful installation made by them!

I am building a directory/listing website, and your homepage basically has the design that I need. However, most of the currently available listing templates are optimized toward woocommerce kind of website, so their “one click installer” doesn’t work for me, because they always look for woocommerce store pages instead of normal posts. When I checked your homepage phlox.pro, I figure out this is exactly the kind of template I want to have.
Does Phlox also allow me to use the template that you use in your own homepage? If yes, can you tell me which one is it from your own selection? Because I have see some of them (App Landing, Construction, Dark Creative, etc.) most of them do not mimic your own homepage.

I’m glad that you are interested in the Phlox Pro theme. ?Please note that although the Phlox homepage is made with the Phlox theme, there are some customization and hand-codes parts that are done because of the nature and the purpose of our landing page. There is no ready-to-use template that matches exactly the Phlox Pro homepage but if you take your time, you can make it happen with available widgets and options. But creating pages like our landing page is out of our support scope and you need to have enough knowledge to do this.
