Does your template work with the photo gallery from Gutenberg editor? As far as I can see (I tested it with a client) and there is no such possibility?

hi avada, Im using avada with a football plugin ho generat some post types like club, player , refree …..so when i build new layout for this post types with a new header it didn’t work . this post types didn’t take the forme from avada layout. can that be solve , any solution to that ? best regard thank you

Hello, I have a site built using your theme. But I had removed all the blog posts that came with the template thinking that I wouldn’t need them. But now we think we would like to add a blog. Is there a way to import JUST a blog post so we could use it as a template. All your website import tool offers is importing the blog page, not the posts themselves.

BLURRY BACKGROUND IMAGES

For everyone having the problem don’t bother with Avada’s solution. They don’t do a good job of explaining it. When you upload your image, you will not find attachment details as shown in their “solution”. You have to edit your page, insert your image and then you will see attachment details where you can select full size. I wasted two hours trying to follow their solution before figuring it out by chance.

The document for this is already available and works just fine, if you were not able to see attachment options it could be due to some other reason however this is simply an issue of not selecting the right size when setting up the image as mentioned here => https://avada.com/documentation/image-format-and-size-guide/#toc_Attachment_Display_Settings

I want to show a form on the homepage or a blank page in the chauffeur booking system plugin. When I add the form as a widget or as a shortcode, the form appears in the avada page editor, but when I save it, the form does not appear on the real page. How can we solve this issue? Can you help me please?

Hi, I was asked to improve it (also fix it – not working for two years) an existing site, it’s built on Avada 3.5.3. I persuaded a friend whom I am making corrections to the website to continue using your template (the person who previously made the website for him – 2013 – did not provide him with the key, so he is now buying a new version). We are wondering if it is possible to upload the latest version of your template so that all settings remain unchanged? The old site didn’t use child-theme. Is there any way to upgrade without too much trouble? Regards, Sebastian

You should be able to update from 3.5.3 without any issues as far as you follow our update guide for updating from older version here => https://avada.com/documentation/updating-avada-older-versions/

You should also be able to apply your new license without any issues, if you need any assistance with this process, you can register for a support account using your license and create a ticket with us further.

Hello, i use one licence in temporary domain, while site is in construction, after that i change the temporary domain to final domain, but forget remove licence for that temporary domain, and now i can not access to this temporary domain to revoge the licence and use in new domain (siteground temporary domain), how can i do to use the licence in final domain now? can u help-me?

Hi, I have installed the Magazine template and there is now the same video and the Template Header on all blog posts. But the Single Blog Post does not include a video and uses the Global Layout Header.

During the template installation an error occurred, had to run the installer twice to finish.

Where can I look for the setting for this video and the different header?

For any bundled premium plugin – you don’t need to register/activate it. You will be able to install it / update it from WP dashboard -> Avada -> Plugins page. Premium plugins can have some features locked out behind an optional registration/activate code but the core functionality will work without buying a license for the plugins.

Hello I bought several licences for your theme but I face an issue many time. When I press the button to import demo content from prebuilt websites, the pop up cover entire screen and I cannot press the button import. Why this is happening and how can I solve it? Thank you.

If you’re not able to see the import button, please zoom out in the browser i.e. view the page at 80% etc and you should be able to see/interact with the button.

I need assistance. I purchased Avada in 2019 and recently used it for a clients site. i built the site on a staging domain, but for some reason you guys had it as my main domain. I have never used Avada support, the site is now live, but cannot use the updater because the staging domain is registered. There was no way for me to change it and apparently you want extra money now to provide me with support. I have never ever used your support, I just want to register the proper domain so I can update Avada. I created an account, but I cannot send you an email without paying more money. This is really quite unacceptable. Please advise. Thank you.

After much messing around, I resolved this by re-registering in the WP back end.

I believe there is some misunderstanding here, an active support account is not required at all to manage your Avada Licenses, All our license registration FAQs are actually open for all users and are mentioned on our company site here => https://avada.com/documentation/avada-registration-and-licensing-faq/

Thanks for the great theme. I have purchased 3 licenses. However, since yesterday – update to the latest version – a website (https://digimusiclab.com/) does not display some content. Although the page appears unchanged in the backend and the texts are there. Wordpress, theme and plugins are up to date. What can I do?

I have not used the license keys on any other sites.

Hi, I have a purchased license but I don’t remember the username for https://my.avada.com

When I create a new account with that license number, it tells me that it is already associated with another user.

With the license number, is there any way to know the username or email to reset the password?

Issues with My Avada:

1. Why does our “My Avada” show that our licenses are not connected to our website? We are currently using Avada V7.11.0 with no issues.

2. Why does our “My Avada” no longer show our entire Ticket Support History? Many older tickets provide solutions that have been useful to restore of “re-fix” our website. We are aware that our support period has expired. That should not prevent us, however, from viewing past solutions or tickets that were generated during our valid (paid) support periods. Kindly restore our ticket history.

Today, I purchased a new Avada theme. I switched from my old theme to Avada and the widget tab has disappeared from my Wordpress panel. I can’t access any widgets, edit them, or create new ones. All my footer links and sidebars are gone. I’m trying to get support from https://my.avada.com/login/ but despite resetting my password numerous times, my new passwords never work for logging in. I’m in a difficult situation, what can I do?

I was able to log in with a different email address.

For the widgets issue, please see that you have “Legacy Widget Areas” enabled WP Dashboard → Avada → Global Options → Advanced → Features.
