Hi Support,
I am using the tour service and I am having the below critical issues with the theme:
1. I am having issues with the prices on the Tours, some tour’s prices are not showing on the tours page, or when trying to book it just says the price is 0
2. When I test booking of tours, an email is sent to the user and my admin booking email, only when I want to approve a booking on the booking systems, I am getting a pop-up that says “Not found” What does this mean?
I am really starting to lose it with this theme, there are so many bugs, and the support team takes forever to reply.

Hi, im looking to build something like the Modtel – Hotel Marketplace demo. But I need to shorten the booking process so that buyer can directly place booking from within the selected hotel page, instead of needing to clicking the room details > open up another page > place booking. Can you please direct me to the demo link that has this functionality? Or is this configurable? Need something straight forward like agoda: Hotel Gallery & info at the top, then room list below with direct reserve button.

Unfortunately, Traveler do not support that function. Booking is made on the room page only – not on the Hotel page
Besides, you can consider demo for hotel alone (for 1 hotel only) which can list room on the frontpage. Booking is still made on the room page only

hi i am interested to buy this theme. i hv question: for activity/experience category there is only one price form to buy the service. how if there are more than 1 (say 5) different services that have their own different prices. for example: an operator has an activity tickets for their beach activities such as banana boats, jet ski, snorkeling, parasailing etc. How to make form to display these activities on single page? thanks

I bought this theme on 7th July 2023, and its not worth what you pay for it. They claim that they have Skyscanner, but it is not available, their documents show many affiliate programs while in reality they have only travelpayout, booking and expedia. travelpayout is not working , their travelpayout search not have options for one way/round trip and it uses checkin and checkout labels instead departure/return date. if you try to use hotels within travelpayout , then good luck as it returns error since it is not passing city name to travelpayout search form … seems they mix travel payout flights and hotels in one setup, and all is mess!!!!
so, Travel Payout affiliate is there but useless.
Booking.com, you can use it as embedded search form, and even with this simple thing, it does not show number of rooms! so again booking.com affiliate is useless.
if to use their own hotels model, not sure who is still key in hotels data manually one by one!!! import/sync facility is not there with Agoda, booking.com or others.
their documentation is very old, so if try to use to access some links for affiliates are not working, as well as the screenshots they have is seems from old versions.
not sure, when you upgrade to new version, you get more functionality and options not less and less.
so, in short , you pay $79 for this theme, but end building your own pages, and setup your own affiliate with the old way of using elemntor shortcodes !
will look for refund option if available , as it is waste of money!!!!

The labels are just text and you can translate them normally. Don’t worry about that. You can work normally without fixing outdated templates. That file doesn’t affect any function of the theme and your site.
In case you’re seeing a notification in your administration dashboard saying the theme includes some outdated WooCommerce templates, it means you’ve recently updated WooCommerce but haven’t updated the theme yet.
We will update these files in the next theme version

If you would like to disable the Elementor cache, run Elementor > Tools > Regenerate CSS & Data and Sync Library. Then change Elementor > Settings > Advanced > CSS Print Method to Internal Embedding

I have installed SOLO theme and it’s workings but now I wanted change tour page style when I change it from Tour Settings. > General > Tour single layout / its give me error on itinerary not showing and error displays, only layout 7 is working fine how can I change tour layout to 3 or 5 ?

Can I only book daily tours? In demo it only displays daily tours but I need tour packages so that there a certain start dates displayed (meaning the tour does not start daily) and one can choose one of these predefined start dates for booking.
Another question I have is: does this theme conduct split payment? When a booking is done, a service and comission fee should automatically go to me and the rest of the booking payment is directed to the seller. He should not have to ask for payout, it should be automatically be directed to him.
