503 Errors right out of the gate. This theme is not ready out of the box. Looks like they have a entire form for support. To me this says, “this theme has lots of bad issues and so many people are complaining its easier to manage them in a separate form.” First error of the day is related to the short code plugin, this was found by disabling it, Undefined variable: glitch_transparent wp-content/themes/brooklyn/vc_templates/vc_section.php on line 641. I contacted their support forum yesterday and still no answer.

Brooklyn theme is cool in demos, that’s why I buy it, it is said to be working with elementor…everything sounds good…
What a disappointment, I install demo #23 with no problem and when I try to customize it with Elementor, surprise… it’s not editable with Elementor. This is called false advertising…you mention elementor first and at the very bottom of the description of the accepted plugins, WP Bakery…
I’ve never seen a premium theme that advertises working with a page builder that doesn’t support site demos. Is this a joke or are you making fun of the world?
What solution do you propose? Who in the wordpress pro community still works with WP bakery which is absolutely rubbish (unfortunately I know it too well)?
I wait for a serious answer. A demo that works with Elementor.

where are not adverstising elementor as the main builder for this theme anywhere. Even the screenshots of the builder are clearly stating that its WP Bakery. Yes the builder might not be as flexible as elementor but we managed to build some outstaingding demos with it.

those things are usually located on the hero settings in Brooklyn Metapanel below the editor. The meta tags are based on what has been entered on the different hero text parts such as title, description etc.

as with every other piece of software, the license key is the only proof that the software is yours. If you need access to your license you should ask envato directly in this case, since they generate and manage those keys. We as an author can’t do that.

The first comment states that I don’t have access to that account. I don’t know what the email was. You can search with the domain in your database and can check which email id it was. I can then try to recover that email id and talk to envato? Can you do that?

the theme has global and local Options. Local Options overwrite global options. You can find those when editing the Page and scroll down to Brooklyn Metapanel below the Editor.
