I purchased a new license key today July 3, 2023 and my developer mistakenly used it to activate the GEM theme on the wrong website where I asked him to install the web hosting theme. When he realized the error, he deleted the thegem site from the site and tried reinstalling it on the correct domain name . But the page says the license key has been used and reached its maximum activation allowed. Can you please help fix this issue so that the key can be used on the site ?

After migrating wordpress domain, the site on the new domain has some problems with the sources, the url of the previous domain appears, and in all locations and databases we have already updated the url for the new domain.
The errors shown are: Cross-origin request blocked: The Same Origin directive does not allow reading the remote resource at [my old domain]/wp-content/themes/thegem-elementor/fonts/montserrat-ultralight. woff (reason: Missing ‘Access-Control-Allow-Origin’ header in CORS). Status code: 200.

I managed to solve it, just changing anything in the fonts part in the theme edition, and saving it, then it must have reconfigured the urls, thanks!

Your theme is truly a gem. I really really love it! It’s fantastic and looks beautifull. As well as the many great features it has built in.
Please add the following functionalities for ecommerce/shops:
Display the variation image in the main image section as soon as it is selected. Other themes have this as well.
The option to have the product description, reviews, specifications, etc be expanded by default. I would like the costumers see the many (photo) reviews and not be hidden at first glance.
Sticky menu for mobile on the bottom with ecommerce buttons like shop, cart, wishlist, menu. For easy navigation instead of looking for it, it is in viewpoint and easy to reach. There could also be an option to add to cart and/or buy immediately sticky menu which should be on top. Would be nice if the placement could be configured and could be switched on or off.

Hi, in the bottom area i only want the text for the bottom area column, and not the menu column and the social networks column, because if i delete all socials and bottom menu, i see the columns and the text columns is not 100% width. Can you help me to solve this problem?

I am trying to create a list of pages as a grid on my homepage – I am using the Grid List editor in Elementor. I like the Styled List as a layout. But is it possible to add any custom fields to the list ? I see the captions that can be added already (like author, date, meta etc) but would love to be able to add one custom field that I’ve created already. Thanks. Oh, one other thing – how do I remove the time under the date – thank you.
Also, when trying to make this grid, if you opt for “hide author” or “hide date” etc – it doesn’t work. They still show.

Thanks for your reply. But unfortunately this doesn’t help too much. Firstly I’m using bakery not Elementor and even though I installed Elementor to try this guide, you still can’t add custom fields, your can’t remove the time and hide author or hide date doesn’t work ??
