Hello. Here is some feedback that I hope you can incorporate in the near future; in the footer, there is no reason why the background is a static image. It is very counter intuitive. Please employ the approach of making it editable in elementor like most authors. It’d be a lot easier for someone to change the background color.
It is also quite the headache changing the header background color without affecting other sections.

It depends on new version of WordPress, normally when a new version of WordPress is launched we have to make our theme compatible with this new version. Like we made our theme compatible with WordPress 6.1 back in January and now this week, we are going to launch a new version which will be compatible with WordPress 6.2. First of all Updating the theme and its plugins is not a difficult process. We provide updates regularly on themeforest.net and you will get notifications for these updates in your inbox. Secondly if you don’t want to update your website say for 2 years, the website will still work but the chances for mallard attack grow gradually. So it is necessary to keep your website up to date. I think there is some miscommunication happening! We will definitely update our website, but I just want to know how long from your side we will get the update? Hello there, again there seems to be an update for the Elementor version, but not for Pagebuilder version. I am waiting now several months and I need the theme to support PHP version 8. This is not funny. Webhoster will dicontinue PHP version 7.4. Please provide an updated PAGEBUILDER version.

Hello, I have purchased Lifeline theme for a customer and its running in version 7.5 for quite some time very well. No I do not receive any updates, and support is not active anymore. My problem is, that our provider is turning off PHP version 7.4 and is switching to PHP 8 at the end of november. Will your theme be working with PHP 8? And if not, how can I update the theme, if necessary?

Thanks for contacting us for support. Actually, you can only download the theme through an account from which you have purchased the theme. The other solution is to purchase another copy to get the latest updates. Our theme is going to be compatible with Php 8 as well in the coming two weeks. Thank you for your response. I can still the account, where I bought the theme and I checked the latest update: it is version 7.5 (pagebuilder version), so I am running the latest version. But version 7.5 is not yet supporting PHP 8, right? So I will wait for the next update. I hope, that it comes soon. Hosteurope is turning off PHP 7.4 on 24th November 2022. It would be great to receive an update before that date.

Hello, I really don’t understand how you are managing the development of your themes.
Dear developer it is not a rocket science, if some one ever reported any bug in your theme, as a developer you should consider thanking them to point it out these bugs to you, and not insisting on them to buy support to have you looking into the reported bugs/issues so you can fix it.
In my reported bug, I am not after customisation or any extra requirements, all what I mentioned is :
The header and menu is not sticky on mobile (responsive) Obviously if you checked it your self on mobile before bringing it to us, you will see that clearly, but I don’t think it was done. Yet now I am pointing it out to you.
There is an issue in the code as header is not sticky on mobile/responsive, while you mentioned in your installation guid that it can be set to sticky, yet it is not.
Why would you expect me or some one else to pay you to fix this reported bug?

We welcome your bug reporting and are thankful to you as well, but please note when we provide an update we test it thoroughly so that our clients don’t face any problem. So the chances are that the bug may occur because of an extra plugin or so restrictions from the server. This needs diagnosis to ascertain the true cause. Also, we are using the support forum of ticksy so it is their default setting that it allows only those clients who have active support. We are ready to help you completely, please send an email at support@webinane.com so that we can diagnose the issue and get back to you with the solution. One last thing please note that we are the cheapest in the market like all other Themeforest Authors and we pay heavy monthly bills to run of offices, so if you have to pay some bucks some time, please don’t mind it as $50 or so is like peanuts for the costly services we offer. I am facing huge amount of issues with the theme purchased last week,
1 – the header style is not updating when I try and getting a 403 error on updating the site, Also, some of the theme setting sections changes are not appearing whenever i make changes it shows default preview (customize page),
2 – No products are appearing on the product page, nor during demo content
3 – The footer area is also not working during the update, it shows redux error.
Also how do i update the theme to 1st June version
The case may be that you are using WordPress 6.0 and you are trying to install the older version of Lifeline which is not compatible with WordPress 6.0. We recommend to please install the latest version 8.5. This will hopefully solve your problem.
