what do you mean by hi resolution. If you use big resolution image it will show more quality full. Secondly theme is not fluid layout to adjust width

Hi, I just downloaded the theme to use on another project because the previous client rejected the design. How do I use the purchase code for another project? I have uninstalled it on the other domain and purchase another theme for that. But purchase code still says “This licence active in Another Site”. Please help! previous domain is cyrusengineers.com please check to confirm.

Just deactivating the license would do the work. But as you have uninstalled the site without deactivating the license from the old site.
I have removed the old licence from testing site. Now you can active the license to your new site.

Thank you. I looked at the images and tried it. It changes the Bottom part but not the top of the Header Location. Just as – where can i change the “call us today” words?

Hello, you can check envato support policy, after theme purchase you will got 6 month support, after 6 month you need to extended your support to got technical help via support system.
Secondly, if their is any big, after client inform us, we will investigate and release a update. As you inform us inside our vacation, that is why we are unable to check. You may missed my message that I have informed my support team ,they will answer Sunday when our office open

Hi. i read Envato’s support policy before purchasing items. This is not a “technical issue”, this is an issue which your theme has. All this while when i purchased and uploaded the theme, it works well. I never asked for any technical help. But when i decide to change the header to header 4, there are areas whereby there is no way to change or edit it. it does not state in you online document help on how to edit it also.
I have also seen other customers requesting “how to remove 123..from breadcrumbs”, all you guys answer is “please send support a msg”.
Dont you think that issue should have been solved? As in, take out “123” for good so that no other customers will need to write in and request for that?
It is Sunday now and no reply has came back on these issues…
