Hi! Since updating Avada to V7.11.2, the Avada Twitter Widget (Avada Style) stopped working. Our tweets are no longer displayed in our sidebar. Bug report submitted. API Keys double-checked, cache flushed, etc. Please provide a fix ASAP. Thank you!

Twitter in general has been making quite a few changes lately (rate limiting etc) so its hard to keep track of but you can follow the link I shared in above reply to stay up to date.

If you’re using a custom header, please see if adding a higher Z-index value on the container (holding the menu element) in the custom header helps.

If you’re using a child theme, please see if switching to parent Avada theme fixes it.

You can always use post card archive for more control on however you want the content to appear on your archive pages, however do note that some HTML may break your content or page layout in this case.

Thanks, but there is no list view in the post card archive. There is an option for all excerpts to strip HTML except for the WOO Archive :(

Hello, I have another issue with Avada, please: On the Cart and Checkout page, when I click the ’+’ sign to increase and the ’-’ sign to reduce the product, it does not get updated automatically (AJAX) and I have to click on the UPDATE CART button. This is not intuitive and will love for it to automatically update my cart like a normal ecommerce. Kindly let me know how to go about this, please.

Hi, I would like to know if it is possible to modify and how to modify the titles “Project details”, “Skills Needed”, “Categories” and “Tags” inside the Portfolio. I also created a portfolio layout with Avada Layouts but couldn’t find a way to edit those titles. Thank you. Valeria

If you are using Avada layouts then you can use a Title element to and dynamic text options. (The title can be renamed to anything). I do see you have valid support and our team advice better on a ticket

You can log into your My Avada account, navigate to the “Licenses” tab and manage the sub-domain and top-level domain registration here > https://my.avada.com/licenses/ – If you have not yet registered a My Avada account, please follow these instructions > https://avada.com/documentation/how-to-register-for-avada-support/

Click the unlink icon next to the domain type for the specific purchase code – https://d.pr/i/4UYWT6 – Once you have done this, you can log back into the backend of the site and register Avada.

Looks like Avada just broke our site?

I was told there was an issue on the front end of the site, so I restored a backup from yesterday and everything seemed fine…

But just now I got an email saying there’s a technical issue on the site; there’s an error with the Avada Core plugin. I logged in with recovery mode and see this message in the plugin page:

“Avada Core This plugin failed to load properly and is paused during recovery mode.

An error of type E_COMPILE_ERROR was caused in line 346 of the file /wp-content/plugins/fusion-core/shortcodes/JED5578D.fusion-privacy.php. Error message: Cannot redeclare fusion_element_privacy() (previously declared in /wp-content/plugins/fusion-core/shortcodes/fusion-privacy.php:348)”

I went to the themes and saw there’s an update for Avada, but got this error:

“Update failed: Could not copy file. Avada/includes/lib/inc/fusion-app/assets/js/wpeditor/wp-editor.js

That does appear to be a potential 3rd party plugin conflict, or the server’s PHP version could be an issue (old version of PHP), and will need to be checked in detail. We have reached out to you via our support so please check your inbox and reply back there.

Just wanted to follow up for everyone’s information. Avada support got in touch with me and took a look at my site, and discovered that some conflicting performance plugins were gumming up the cache. they deactivated those problem plugins and updated my theme and core plugins to fix the problem, and kindly explained what they had done so I could reproduce their work. Quality support, I appreciate it.

Hi there – I have 3 Avada licences. I have renewed support multiple times when I was doing heavy site building work. I have had no problems for a very long time running my sites. I now have one question regarding “Related posts” on blog pages. The related posts that are showing are not at all related to the content on the blog. I assigned “Primary categories” for each post however the “related posts” that are showing up are not reflecting the primary categories I chose, but rather seem to be reflecting the first generic category by alphabetic order (in this case “articles”). Is there a fix for this?

If you’re having issues with payments on envato/themeforest site, please get in touch with their support as they handle all sales related issues. If you’re seeing issues accepting payments with a payment plugin, I’d recommend checking with the plugin support as sometimes it’ll be an issue with the payment module and not related to Avada.

Can I use local font by default? or do the theme use only google fonts?

You can definitely upload custom fonts and use those with Avada.

If its a custom font, it has to be uploaded to your installation.

Hello we have purchased avada theme (purchase 37b5ded6-48.. ) and installed it on the domain https://karpathiko-glendi.net. We are having issues with the footer widgets suddenley they have disappeared from the left sidebar of wordpress (appearance menu). For your information in the past it used to show normally. Is there any fix? I have updated the avada theme and plugins of the theme to the latest version. Also wordpress is up to date.Thank you

One of my unused registration code is showing as being used on another domain but is actually not.

I cannot see the code listed in my.avada.com as well.

If I try to raise a ticket on my.avada.com it says my support has expired whereas I do have 6 months of support left.

Please help fix this.

Recently observed this. After a fresh WP 6.22 install, removing TwentyOne and TewntyTwo themes (that leaves TwentyThree theme), if Avada (main) theme is uploaded, it gets uploaded.

But upon clicking to activate the theme, it breaks the site. Neither the frontend nor the backend is accessible.

Please fix this asap.

I have 2023 with Avada on my installation and it works without any issues, there could be some other factor and most probably a broken installation of Avada in this case, please make sure you have installed Avada properly by reinstalling it.

If however the issue persists, please know that you have a valid support with us and should be able to open a support ticket without any issues.

Content boxes should show on all screen sizes unless you have the element/parent column or container set to hide on smaller screens via the Visibility settings or render logic setting in the column/container settings.
