3: Have all the demos listed been made available to import? One of your answers says it’s due to be released (Agency 16).
4: Do you withhold updates once the free 6 months support has expired and/or unless Themeforest support has been purchased? Or do you provide lifetime updates?
5: Are all of your plugins used full versions or restricted?
6: Does the slider now use srcset?
7: Is the theme and the plugin it uses compatible with PHP 8.2?
8: Can you confirm there is no need to repurchase a license when switching domains (for example, from a development domain to a live domain).

Hello! 1. The user can get this message only when the support package expired and the user tries to use auto update option. 2. The WPDaddy builder is updated regularly, maybe they mentioned its free version available on wp.org 3. Yes, that’s correct. The recent theme update includes even Agency 16 4. The updates are always available on Themeforest even if your support package expired. The only difference, you have to download the latest theme version and update it manually. With an active support, you can do that via your WP dashboard. 5. Yes, correct. The only limit is Revolution slider extra effects library. 6. Are you referring to Revolution slider? 7. Please note that we don’t recommend to use PHP 8.2 at the moment, because not all the plugins support it and there are even errors in WP. Our theme is compatible with PHP 8.0. It will be compatible with the higher versions once they are fully supported by the plugins and WP. 8. New license is NOT required when you switch from dev domain to a live one. You detach the code on the dev. and active it on a live one. That’s easy. 10. Yeap! Sure that you have a great day as well!

from what i’ve read it has been since 2021, all the comparators I’ve seen attest to its quality and all my sites work well with it, I don’t understand why this particular theme doesn’t work with it? can you explain the technical details please?
We don’t say that our theme does not work on their servers. We say that it’s not optimized for WordPress and Elementor. We had a lot of customers using their hosting service and had many problems with the hosting configuration. Many things did not work or failed to work properly. Also their support is not professional, instead of the real help they always claim that everything works fine on their end and it’s a theme or plugin-related issue. Though when we recommend our customers move to other hosting companies, everything works smoothly, without any issue from the very beginning. We have a disclaimer on the item page regarding Hosting, Godaddy and Namecheap. That’s the experience that we have with these companies and we do not wish to spend our and customers’ time on resolving the hosting configuration issues. That’s why we have this disclaimer on our item page.
Okay i understand, so which hosting did you recommend me to use this theme ? I would like to have the same loading time than your demo, can you tell me which plugin to use and which hosting ? If yes i’m okay to buy this theme, i find it pretty nice
We use the dedicated custom servers for our demos. It’s hard to recommend the hosing, because it depend on your budget, server location, options etc. We don’t use any optimization plugin on our demo website, only built-in optimization tools.

I just want to let you know that when you update the theme with the new version, the options there were available, do not appear in the wordpress customization area in the appearance menu, and not in the elementor options.
I even have deactivated, then delete the theme, reinstall, and still no all the theme options like before. And yes, i’ve read your documentation, but if you install the latest theme version in an a previous ewebot theme installation, the options will not appear.

Hello! This theme has all pre-packaged plugins. You don’t need to buy any plugin to have the same functionality you see on our demo website.

Hello! Themeforest does not have an option yet to increase the version in the item description. Our all themes are fully compatible with 6.2

Please note that the global settings do not include non-system pages that’s why they have status “inactive” though those headers can be used on the specific pages.

Please make dotlottie files integration on your theme. Elementor pro has lottie but with json files, dotlottie files are 8x smaller. Your theme would be the best theme on wordpress in terms of design and performance, if you’d do dotlottie integration.
