Hello, I’m purchasing a theme for the first time just need to clear few things before purchasing. 1. Does all supported plugins in the theme come in active mode or in free mode. 2. Does the theme and plugin support PHP 8.2, as previous comments mentioned that it doesn’t but they were 6 month old. 3. Is the detaching part from dev to live domain mentioned in the documentation?

so this does not work on godaddy is what the disclaimer says? is that still the case?

Hello! Godaddy does not have WordPress optimized hosting. The theme and plugins work but we do not guarantee that you won’t get the issues with their servers configuration and limits. Also their support team provide the only answer “it’s a theme or plugins issue”. That’s why we added this disclaimer to warn our customers. Thanks for understanding.

I keep getting “An error occurred while updating Ewebot: Update package not available.” it seems something is wrong with the new version

You can always download the latest theme version here on TF and update it manually. To get auto updates and support you need to have an active support package. Thanks

Does your theme has option to show “Last Updated” words under Published Post Title?

Hello! How can you check if it’s compatible with the latest PHP if you haven’t purchased our theme?

When I try to add “GT3 Themes Kits”, while editing the page, I get the prompt “Support expired”.

I will add that the correct purchase code was entered, for this code the license is not used anywhere.

Does this mean that the use of GT3 Themes Kits is only possible when the support period for the theme is in force ? If yes after this period the template becomes partly useless ?

Hi there! Yes, that’s correct. It’s mentioned in the product description. You need to have an active support in order to get access to GT3 Themes Kits.

Really dissappointed in the support licensing system for Ewebot. I own two licenses for this theme. Just a word of caution for new purchasers – once your support expires you will no longer be able to import any of the sample / demo content within the Elementor editor (never seen this in another theme before).

Please learn how to tie the Themeforest API to your support license codes for renewals. That way, after a user renews their support license – it will actually work and re-enable access to theme functions…

Right now, I’ve paid your company for a support license – but the theme doesn’t report that the license has been renewed (bad API call?). It’s been about 30 minutes.

Essentially, the 1 year period has started for the support license – but it’s not useable yet. That doesn’t seem fair / right… Please fix.

Hi there! Thanks for your feedback. 1. If you mean GT3 Theme Kits, yes, you should have an active support, it’s explained in the product description. The theme demo import tool works even if the purchase code is not registered. 2. We know how the API works, but the data must be synchronized with Envato and it can’t be done very often, because the Envato has the limit for a number of calls. That’s why it is synchronized every hour. Your support has been renewed, please check it.

While I appreciate that you’ve added this information to the product description, I honestly feel that many of us purchasers feel pretty ripped off when we discover the theme elements (GT3 Kits) are not usable beyond our initial license period.

This is the first theme I’ve ever seen a theme use this funcitonality and is why I’ve been pretty outspoken on the theme comments. I noticed the most recent comment here is about the same subject (once people notice we are actually paying for a subscription to use default theme elements).

I don’t want any “support” (what you’re calling it), I just want access to the theme elements. Perhaps making these theme elements (GT3 Kits) a separate subsciprtion would be less “shady”...

VS forcing people to pay for a full support plan that they don’t really need.

Or perhaps you could have a default set of theme elements that never require a subscription, and any GT3Kit updates beyond the theme purchase can be sold separately? Just trying to help you understand my frustration. Never encountered this “model” before.

FWIW, I do appreciate you renewing the support as you did, that was a nice gesture. Honestly not trying to “bust your balls”, just hoping you see this from the end-user point of view. I also get as a developer you don’t get paid for updating the theme, but I think that’s kind of a given in the world of WP theming (or has been).
