I am installing lifeline for a client and I am unable to change the colour of the “Donation” button on the header.
I have made adjusted colours in the general settings of lifeline option and also via customizer and I am not seeing any changes.

I can’t submit a ticket because you don’t have this Theme in the drop-down list of one of the options to select. I’ve put my purchase code in for all lifeline themes and It will not let me submit a ticket.
Furthermore, I have installed 9.3 and still am getting errors. Do I also need to upgrade the child theme? If so, how do I do that? But I am still getting lots of errors in the admin. THis needs to be fixed ASAP. makes the theme totally unuable.
This is fixed. Your theme requires the Mailchimp theme to be active for some reason. Activating it fixed it all, which is weird because not everyone uses Mailchimp. So it is un-intuitive to have the Mailchimp theme active.

This is solved. The problem was that on an individual “edit page” level, some pages including the homepage, you need to scroll down to the “Lifeline Commen Meta” and choose “Header Style Off” so that the default gets put in there.

We just bought the template and have not yet activated it. I have two different questions:
(1) We are using a 2-stage setup where we use the staging WP instance for introduce new features/designs and then move it to the production instance when ready. Does the license cover such a setup?
(2) When I shoose one of the five styles on initial setup, can I change this later or do I have to do a new install of the theme? Thanks!

Secondly yes you can choose any of the home page later but you will have to do data entry in only those sections which would be new in the newly selected page. Hello webinane, I have been using your theme a long time, since 2020. Now I need to migrate my customers website to another theme, because yours does not work with WP Bakery pagebuilder anymore. My customer does not want to switch to Elementor, we had a discussion about that. And I have opend a ticket about that last year. Now, since my support license has expired, my customer cannot stay anymore with your theme and we want to start the migration process. I need to know from your site, if there are any special needs for migrating content to another theme. Do you use any framework for your theme? Special components, that we need to install? Maybe you have any recommendations for a similar theme, which uses WPBakery pagebuilder?

Hello Bpelzer, we are sorry that you are shifting to another theme, however Elementor themes are more customizable and have more flexibility and our new theme is build with better options as well. We uses Redux framework for theme options and WPBakery page builder, other than this you should look into the options you need like Event management, Cause management etc. that you need for your website. I have wordpress 6.4.3 PHP 8.2 and the import of demo content gets to 4% and starts over constantly
I Chaned the php verstions and no progress this is an expensive theme for it not to work

Hi i bought this theme some years back and i am only using it now, i just realised fter installations that there are alot of broken pages and elements that areent working like cause, events, calendars and few advance design elements that arent woking and pages that have those elements are blank, why is this? How do i activate them as i dont see anywhere to input purchase code to unlock all features.

Thanks for your comment. Actually, our latest version is compatible with Elementor page builder which we have just introduced about a year ago. Elementor page builder is more powerful and easy to use compared to WPBakery page builder (formerly Visual Composer). So if you have updated your website from WPBakery version to Elementor than you will have to use readjust the data with the help of widgets of Elementor. If you are trying to build the website from the start than please import the demo content and you will be able to build a wonderful website from a scratch. Hi its a brand new site it was empty and i imported the demo content it completed successfully and all pugins and wordpress are up to date with atest versions but im having broken pages and elements still.

We recommend to please update your website and use Elementor version rather than WPBakery version of the theme because WPBakery page builder is losing popularity and it will become difficult for you to keep working this page builder.
