Hi there! I have two websites in multisite environment and I have bought one licence long time ago. Now I am updating my sites to the newest wordpress and woocommerce and the other website crashes and the other one works just fine. The other one which crashed I loose all of my products any many sites. This has never happened to me before. Do you know what is the problem for that? Best Reagards, Tuomo Nurkkala

We have a problem with “variable product” In product, when a variant have not stock still showing the variant in shop with label “Out of stock” but we want to not show variant with not stock. In all the products don’t show with out stock but in one case yes. Why is showing just in one case? Could you help us?

We have a problem with billing addresses in check out. In the first time we have selling only in Uruguay, but now we want to sell to other countries. The problem is when we select a country different to Uruguay we can’t select any state. When we select other countries the state combo shows the states but we can´t click it, is like disable.
Note: In WooCommerce / Settings / General we have set: Selling Locations: “Sell to all countries”. Shipping Locantios: “Ship to all countries”

I just updated my theme, and am having an issue with the sticky header. If I start scrolling down the page before the page has fully loaded, the header gets stuck halfway down the screen. It still moves up and down as you scroll up and down the page, but it stays stuck in the middle. If I refresh the page and wait for the page to fully load, it does not get stuck in the middle. I tried to update your theme from 5.7 to 5.7.1, but I got this error: PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature. I have 2 websites in multisite environment. Could this cause the problem?
I can’t find 5.7.1 update from themeforest so I can’t manually update your theme.

Try to do the following to update the theme:
1. Go to Dashboard -> Basel -> Theme License and deactivate the theme.
2. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.
3. Activate the theme with your purchase code again.
4. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.
5. Try to update the theme via Appearance -> Themes or via Dashboard -> Updates.
Note that you can download the latest version of the theme on ThemeForest -> Downloads.

Hello, users who have two last names when making an automatic registration in woocommerce, woocommerce creates the username with a space for example, “tom.perez perez” causing an error in the login and making it impossible for the user to enter the system. Can you check if this is caused by a template override(woocommerce?

We are writing to you because, unfortunately, the “Frequently bought together” function does not fit perfectly in our specific E-Commerce. By proposing mostly products with variations, where the variations are not color or size, but formats, for which each format corresponds to a different price, the new function is not perfect. It would be if, for example, it were possible to apply the bundle to a specific product variation ID. And not to the generic ID related to a product. In this way, the consumer can take advantage of it by choosing the smallest format, spending the least possible, but taking advantage of a discounted bundle for a third product. The ideal would be to be able to combine the bundle with a specific variation of a product, and not with the generic product. What do you think? Thank you.

The basel product grid/carousel show 2 columns for grid and 1 column for carousel. Woocommerce is configured to display 5 columns and Basel is configured to show 4 columns in Shop page. This only happen with elements from wpbakery (basel elements). The element should allow to set de number of columns. Woodmart is more complete in that sense. Thank you!

Hi, I see that all pages generate an H1 tag in their header title, even the product categories pages. It happens on all pages except the main blog page, whose tag is H3. How could that be fixed? It is not good for SEO if the header title has an H3 tag. Thanks
