Hey Qantum team. I have been using the theme for 4+ years now and it’s great.
Just some feedback we’ve encountered since the last upgrade to V5: some of our colors changed and it seems the “accent” color governs a lot of things including some of our link-based headings and the nav background hover color. When trying to adjust these in CSS we’ve noticed that some of your core CSS classes have !important tags on them, making them nearly impossible to override. In our opinion, core theme code should be streamlined enough to never use !important tags. Is there any way you can remedy this is future versions?
Example: .qt-main a .. color has !important tag, overriding our setting. This is the “accent” color in the customizer and I don’t understand why it’s changing all our link colors. It wasn’t that way before we upgraded to V5. Every one of our links throughout the site which were all white text, even the text on our buttons has changed to this accent color and because of the !important tag in your CSS we can’t override it without adding lots of custom CSS. When I change the ‘accent’ color to white it fixes our links and buttons but it also changes the background hover color of the nav menu items… white background on white text doesn’t look great.
Is there a fix for this?
Hi, we made some deep rebuild of the framework taking advantage of the new CSS variablers technology, which allows to have a rendering of the CSS and of the customizer about 20x faster.
Also, some css parts before were messy because were the result of multiple tiny changes.
All this has been updated and unificated, and now things are working in the way they should have always worked.
The downside is that you may need to set again some colors from the customizer, but is a tiny disadvantage compared to the massive performance update this meant.
Also, the changes were required for the Elementor compatibility.
In the old version some colors were NOT correctly applied, meaning your site in the way you saw it was NOT meant to look like that, and those tiny details hacve been udpated.
Also, other minor changes occurred because it was not possible to do certain things how they were before for the effect pg the CSS written in PHP.
NOTE ON CSS You can always overwrite css, despite the !Important tag. you just need to copy the same css rule and paste it in the additional css of the customizer, it will be printed as last and get higher priority.
I need immediate help. I have a client whose website was just made live on his primary domain. He is debuting his website in 6 hours. Yet, my license code says it has already been used. I purchased this code 14 days ago, built it on a testing domain (Cloudways) and now my client can’t have their website ready on time, because your licensing system sucks. I tried to submit a support ticket and it says that my license code is invalid. I literally purchased it 2 weeks ago. How is it not valid? I need this fixed immediately.

Morning, I have two licenses for your theme, and unfortunately you have decided to abandon slider revolution. I am still using WP Bakery because elementor is not an option. Please recommend a post slider that is compatible with your theme without breaking everything.
Good morning, you can still use the previous version of the slider which was provided with the theme, it should work fine. The problem was with version 6 because it was not compatible with Ajax page load anymore. Also, people are dropping sliders nwoadays, in favor of better performance options.
And our theme already include a couple of other sliders for news and shows which don’t affect the page speed.
If you need anything different I can only recommend testing what’s on the market but there is none in particular that we tested for this purpose.

Hello, your support expired so you need to renew the service in order to requst support. Also, the license is to make 1 installation.
A license can be used to create 1 end product. Each installation requires its own license code.
You have to purchase/own a license for each publicly accessible domain install of the theme.
Deactivating or deleting a previously used license doesn’t entitle the license to be reused for a new website.

If the domain is the same, you can reinstall everything and reuse the same license. Also, you don’t need to extend the support to make a new installation. But the domain has to be exactly the same.

No i dont need a test site, i am moving the site from one host to another. And i will point the domain from puls* to https://utelyc*****/pulsefm, so the exact same domain.
So if i take my old site offline i will be able to move it on the same licens?
If you clone the site in the exact same domain, the license will work fine
presale questions: 1. Every time I click the red play button seen in top right of website, the song name to the left changes, shouldn’t it only show what’s currently being played and not change on button click, is this a bug?
2. Do the “charts” reflect the actual songs being streamed in the non stop live player?
3. Do the charts update automatically, if so, how often?
4. What file type are needed for the non stop live radio? Do i have to provide an mp3/wav or can it stream from SoundCloud instead?
5. Is there a backend function in wordpress to create a playlist for the non stop radio stream or do i have to use some kind of third party software such as ShoutCAST 2?

1. Not a bug, if you click the button the player doens’t know what you click until you do, and then it needs to udpate accordingly.

You can embed a soundcloud player in the page anyway, no problem.
5. Precisely, you need a streamng server. A stream requires to be encoded server-side so you can’t stream an audio from the same server where there is a website running, since are completely different operative systems.

1. Every time i click the button it shows a different song title. So its NOT reflecting whats being played in the non stop audio. Please check your demo…..
There is no such issue happening here… Not any user has this issue on his website. The player Is dead simple, opens the json of the feed and reads the track, every 15 seconds. If you pause and play again, and the song was not refreshed yet, it will trigger an instant refresh and display the new song.
Tracks are not taken from some magic random cylinder…
Hi, I installed the theme on my temporal domain, the domain got deleted, I reinstalled the domain and when I try to reactivate the license it says that is already used. How can I fix this? I am using the same domain, same hosting, same everything.

Is there any way of having a recurring event listed? If not this would be a welcome addition/alteration to your events functionality. For example, we have local events that happen every weekend that we list on our website and we’d love to not have to re-list them for every week.

Hello. I had a radio domain and in the end that domain and the wordpress data was deleted. I want to install that same license in another domain and it is not possible. Can the license assigned to the previous domain be removed and released for the new domain?

On Air2 Version: 5.2.1 WP: version 6.2.1, Admin->Schedule . without Jquery Migrate: ”$(...).live is not a function” and I cant drag shows to arrange order also green plus does not add a show. When I enable the Jquery migrate plugin it works

My previous domain expired so I was forced to purchase a new domain I would like to remove the registration from the old domain and register it to the new domain. I’m still the original licensee nothing changed just a new domain.
