How to make a basic image gallery with navigation lightbox using your theme and included plugins? I need to make a basic elementor gallery, but with lightbox like in elementor image carousel. I need the navigation arrows in the image lightbox.

Thank you. Yes it works in the other type gallery. To summarize, the sideways navigation works in the Elementor Basic Gallery but not in the Elementor Gallery. Unfortunately I like to keep my gallery thumbnails square and the Elementor Basic Gallery is missing the aspect ratio feature.

Possibly you could make a better version for the theme. Is it possible to force the square aspect ratio using custom css?

If we buy the license and place it on our website, would it work as before? Did we have control of activating and deactivating these plugins?

This is a very complicated theme to edit. Also, I can’t import pre-made themes – it asks me to buy Elementor pro now. What is the point of buying this theme then?
Also, the elementor sidebar is inactive throughout editing. These bozos are declining refund for a theme I bought which doesn’t work as expected. If I can’t edit theme, why should I pay? Process refund asap.!!

Please, I wish i can get help here. I like these theme and got the license but now after uploading the demo files of themes i like, some parts such as menu i guess are widgets do not show up. i have been frustrated for about 3 days now. please help anyone. thanks

You still may need to adjust some paddings, gaps, etc. It would be wise to proceed the update on some staging dev copy of a website. I believe this advice is valid when transferring from one theme to any other, not The7 only.

Hello I have been using theme for many years. However I do not have to interact with theme as programmer or developer. I use it as manager level to help deploy few websites of my own and fellows. This is the first time I will be using The7 theme with Elementor editor. At the moment I am lost. Im still trying to figure out how website branding will be change. They way I used to have Theme wizard etc. I do you have develop any Video tutorials. I checked YouTube but didn’t find any good specifically for the combination of The7 with Elementor.

Hello, The report is very clear that the issue is present in versions 11.6.0 and BELOW. As per changelog, we have fixed the issue v.11.6.1 back in April. Moreover, the issue is a theoretical one, and we have no reports that it was ever exploited in a real world.
Also kindly note that The7 is not e free product. We are not going to give away free copies of the theme to anyone who reposted old reports

Hi! I’ve being using this theme for a long time and I love it. But I think the last update came with a bug in the “The7 Slider”. Now, when I add more than one slide, all of them disappear. Have you seen this problem already? Thank you in advance.

I have some custom fields added to post using Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) plugin. I am able to insert their content into the Elementor “The7 Single Post” template. I would like to be able to add them to “The7 Posts Masonry & Grid” content as well. Does it require to create a child theme? Which php file should I edit?

If you take a look at the changelog, you will notice that the issue was fixed on in v.11.6.1 on April 5, 2023.
Moreover, this was mostly theoretical vulnerability which to our best knowledge was never taken advantage of in a real world setting.

I have no problem with updates, I have more than 10 licenses of your product and in general I am very satisfied. I only inform you that Plesk with the WP Toolkit keeps your theme vulnerable just like it keeps the current version of Wordpress vulnerable. It is somewhat uncomfortable to look at and I suppose that less expert people make them select another WordPress theme. Have a nice day and congratulations on your work.
