Hi, do you plan to “tweak” wp bakery integration so things like “icons” don’t duplicate? For example, i can’t select the7 icon pack when using wp bakery “just icon’, or in headings or anywhere else, meaning that font awesome (or other third party) is a must choose. Then, if i use your icons in MENUS, theme loads your icon pack, font awesome pack because i can’t use your icons for wp bakery, then it uses even more icon packs and loads them too (icon moon, etc), making it load 3x the data for no reason, slowing down sites.
Can we please have a reasonable experience when using one icon pack only and have an option to stick with it?

My client paid to a company to develop the website long time ago. The purchased the theme on their account, Now the team is out of reach. and my client’s website is not able to update as the theme version is quite old (v.6.1.0). when ever i am updating it saying “Update failed: Download failed. Forbidden” . now the thing is my website backend showing theme is properly registered but we dont have access to the purchase code anymore. what can be done here?
Hello! The purchase code might be blocked if it was used on multiple websites. In such a case your client needs to buy a new license (from his own account).
How can we be sure that its used on multiple website or if there is any other issue.

Hello! This is not a real Item Purchase Code. It’s a pirate copy of the theme. You need to install a clean licensed copy of the theme and scan your website for viruses.

Hello! I am afraid it’s not possible. According to Envato rules, 1 license = 1 website. This is true for all ThemeForest themes, not just The7.

I have a question—I purchased this theme for a website, and then ended up having another company make the website. Can I still use the license for another website I want to create. I’m not even currently using the first license I bought. You can verify by seeing smartscoops.com It was made by 180Sites.com, I want to use the license for my next project though.

As far as I see, the purchase code was used on some temporary dev domain only. In such a case, I think you can use it for a real project. But please consider that, in general, Themeforest license “is not transferable”: https://themeforest.net/licenses/faq#license-transferable-a
It means that if you have used your purchase code on one website, you should not use it on any other website(s). Even if the original website went offline.

Hello. How do I attach different footer for different language pages created with for example Polylang. I created two different footers, but I cannot for some reason attach the right footer/header to the right language.
Hello! Do you mean Elementor footer templates? I am afraid it doesn’t depend on a theme. It would be wise to clarify it with Polylang support. Moreover, the theme has not been tested officially with this plugin.
I have a feature request… before/after carousels – so you can show a before/after, then another, then another etc with the click of a left or right arrow, with just one showing each time… cheers

You can import content of multiple demos. But theme skin (colors, font, etc.) can be imported only from one demo at time. Because settings of colors and fonts are global and are applied to the entire website.
Our demo is arranged as a multisite WordPress.
