Where can I demo the prebuilt sites? Are they error free?

Hi,

You can go to our main prebuilt site and click on the ‘prebuilts’ button on the right . It’ll show you all our prebuilt sites. You can also view them based on their category / type e.g. ‘corporate’ will show the business related prebuilt site → https://avada.com/prebuilt-websites/

The Prebuilts are professionally designed and should have no issues but if you do come across an oddity anywhere, please let us know and we’ll take care of it.

Right now only the below condition types are possible for ACF Fields:

So there isn’t an explicit option to check for ‘no value’ but you can still hide elements if one of those condition types are true or false.

A pity, I think that although Avada has it integrated, the color when we want to create several configurations with ACF falls short in terms of other constructors such as elementor

Your website is behind maintenance mode so we can not check the errors that you have mentioned I am afraid, however there is no current issue with how the Avada updates work and how widgets are handled, unless you have disabled the widget from Global Options in Avada.

Hi, I sold the domain, but before I sold it I forgot to deactivate Avada… how can I deactivate avada and transfer to another domain as I no longer have my old domain… the sold domain no longer works and the new owner will not have a web site on the sold domain

You can simply reset your license in this case and use it on the other domain, one license is valid for one live domain only so it needs to be made sure that your older domain is not using Avada, you can read all about licenses and registrations here => https://avada.com/documentation/avada-registration-and-licensing-faq/

Hello, Is it possible to use two different avada templates in same domain(installed in two different folders, for example, domain.com/folder1 and domain.com/folder2)? Is that require additional license?

Regarding your product licensing, you have to purchase/own a license for each publicly accessible domain install of the theme. Regardless of whether the installation domain is a sub domain or not, if it is publicly accessible, it requires a license.

If you are migrating to a different domain and you already have your product registered with your original purchase code etc, you do not need to purchase a new license; You can simply add your registered purchase information to the new installation’s product registration tab.

Hello, I have a simple question, but I can’t find how to do it.

Basically I put articles in the home, and I want to translate the “continue reading” button into another language, where can I do it?

I looked in the theme options and also in single.php but I can’t find it. where can i edit it?

There is no need for you to actually translate this using the single.php file, depending on how the blog was setup you can simply do that using the language files in Avada, please read our documentation on how you can translate Avada into different languages.

Hello!

For a long time company where I work didnt update avada theme, plugins, even php etc… so now when I want to do it I have fatal error when I want to activate fusion builder. We have now Avada Version 5.9.1

(Fatal error: Cannot use isset() on the result of a function call (you can use “null !== func()” instead) in /home/husthr/public_html/proba/wp-content/plugins/fusion-builder/inc/class-awb-access-control.php on line 534 [error]FailedToExecuteWpCliCommand: exit status 255[/error])

Even when I make new installation of avada it gave me same error. We have php 7.4 we got also error when i put php 8.2.

Do you have idea what can I do to update Avada to latest version!

Hello! I have a problem with the theme update. The website is no longer accessible.

Error: This theme failed to load properly and was paused within the admin backend. Another error with the Fusion Builder Plugin, it fails to load properly. Wordpress version 6.2.2 New Theme version 7.11.2 MySQL 5.7 and PHP 8.0

Hello, this is about my 7th purchase of AVADA. There is a new request for LICENSE KEY to enable all the options. It apparently is not the same certificate code. Where do I find the LICENSE KEY? thankyou

The purchase code is the license key and you should be able to use it without any issues, however if that is not the case can you please make sure that you are on the latest version of Avada, also please open a support ticket as you have a valid support and our team will get back to you as soon as possible.

There are two requirements to get an update, one is to make sure that you have your purchase registered with a valid purchase code, second is to actually make sure that you have a default WP theme such as Twenty Twenty Three installed, this will make sure that you get update nag as mentioned here in our documentation post => https://avada.com/documentation/how-to-update-the-avada-website-builder/#toc_Auto_Update_Method
