Is anyone aware of a plugin or some method of accepting sms text messages from this theme. Example would be to create a call to action for an Elementor page and that call to action would say “Send us a text to get a quote”. When clicked on a mobile device it would open up a messaging app.

We used the child theme for the website, and we modified some files but it is tough now to find it; i recently updated in the latest version but wprcoket option not showing when the child theme is activated.

But when i enable thegem(wpbakery) then under the pagespeed, wp super cache and wp rocket options showed but when i selected the WPROCKET it asked me to install; when i clicked on the install it will be redirected to Wprocket official website for buy.

Can you let me know how i fix this?

Hi, I submitted a ticket many months ago regarding when I copy and paste a link from my site to facebook, a bunch of text and information appears that shouldn’t and I get post any of my articles from my site on facebook. I was told to install yoast SEO which I did and the issue still exists. I’m not paying for more support when this should have been fix while I had support which I paid for. I forget about it and just tried to do this simple thing and can’t because of the them. Thank you.

Issue editing pages in admin content editor

I have been using your TheGem theme on several websites with WordPress. For several weeks now, when I try to edit pages in WordPress’ admin content editor, the page appears blank in the text editor. I cannot see or properly edit the content.

However, after refreshing the page with Control+F5, the content appears and I can edit it normally. This problem occurs consistently when first loading any page in the text editor within the admin.

The issue seems to be specific to your TheGem theme, as it does not occur when using other themes in WordPress. I have already updated your theme to the latest version, however the problem persists.

I was wondering if you are aware of this issue and able to suggest any possible solution.

hello, so I see that I can have product attributes be links to corresponding product archive pages. How do I turn the archive page into articles? In my case, I want to have it be an informational page for ingredients used in my products. So when users click on the ingredient on my product page, they can read about it and its uses.

We purchased the license of GEM template since 3years, all was ok and now we want to update some plugins but it’s not possible, we got this error: [This installation has been deregistered and can’t be registered again with this purchase code. Please purchase an additional copy of theme in order to get a new valid activation key for this installation]; We are not able to understand why the installation is deregistred ?and it’s not logical to purchase another license !!!!

I have rebranded and got a new domain name, understandably this has had an effect on my live site. Although my dashboard still says ‘your purchase code is valid’ I see ‘Theme activation failed.’ when trying to use a block.

In order to reactivate my license, do I need to’ deregister’ here: https://license-manager.codex-themes.com?

I’m concerned about reactivating it because of this warning: ‘once deregistered, this purchase code cannot be used for the same installation again.’. Will I be able to reactivate my site on the same wordpress install?

Every time i am using this theme purchase code it says API error. I contacted support few months back they said its issue of server but its happening in all hosting accounts. I am not using my license any where and neither the theme is installed still not able to use it.

I purchased a new license key today July 3, 2023 and my developer mistakenly used it to activate the GEM theme on the wrong website where I asked him to install the web hosting theme. When he realized the error, he deleted the thegem site from the site and tried reinstalling it on the correct domain name . But the page says the license key has been used and reached its maximum activation allowed. Can you please help fix this issue so that the key can be used on the site ?
