Hi, how can I import the landing page? I see the files are for the html page files is included with the theme but there is no .xml file to import. Can you possibly advise please?

Seems to be an issue with the built in Customizer for WordPress. Did a few troubleshooting steps, disabled plugins, setup a test site, same result. Still didn’t work.
The only way the WP Customizer loads is when this theme is disabled and another is enabled. Enable this them and the WP Customizer does not load or provided any visual errors other than the fact it just shows a blank page with no options except a bare sidebar that pops up when you open WP Customizer.

Not able to submit a ticket due to the fact of not renewing support. I can submit some other, but I don’t want to renew support and I do have the error logs as it “broke” the site temporarily.

I’ve installed the theme and demo content, but the pages show only the header, footer, and menu, while the main content is blank. The content is visible in the editor but not on the live site, even in incognito mode. I’ve already tried creating a support ticket, but it’s asking for $69.00 for something that should be included. After running around your portal, entering my purchase code multiple times just to create the support ticket, I had to figure that out through trial and error. When will you guys update the theme to support higher PHP versions, like 8.3 or 8.4?

In regards to your question here, since our theme is a WordPress based theme, PHP version support is dependent on whether WordPress is fully compatible with the PHP version. You can check out this chart for this information: https://make.wordpress.org/core/handbook/references/php-compatibility-and-wordpress-versions/ .This serves as our benchmark. We hence are not in a position to provide an exact timeline when such an implementation will be made. To the best of my knowledge, we will however be updating the theme to address any incompatibilities raised with any of the PHP versions. Are there perhaps any issues that you are encountering with PHP 8.3?

Yes, whenever I tried to use the 8.3 version, it would completely break the site. Everything becomes inaccessible.

My theme is complitly broken,,, i’ve follow the guids .. but with no luck..
Hi the php version is supported up to 7 is there an update on when this will be updated to the latest version of 8? as a lot of different plugins are stopping support for php 7 so would be grate to see the theme brought UpToDate
and the theme is unusable trying to use any newer versions of php

Hi! I have another question: Is there any way to modify the placeholders for customizing event pages?
I am referring to the “Event related placeholders” > Bookings > #_BOOKINGFORM.
Currently, the #_BOOKINGFORM displays: 1. Number of spaces 2. Add a comment 3. Submit the booking
Ideally, I would like something similar to the “like” buttom of Facebook so when pressing the option, the event automatically goes to the events that the user is interested in – without having to fill in any form.

Mi problema es que cuando intento “personalizar” no carga y a más me pide que este tema necesita la actualización del WP Bakery Page Builder ya que el instalado no se permite. He comprado el tema y me encuentro sin soporte , además un plugin que me pone que es requisito imprescidible WP Bakery Page Builder no esta actualizado… Por favor podeís ajudarme.

We need to update the bakery composer on our servers first, i will talk with core theme developer to do that, and in 2-3 days it should be there, The plugin will be updated following the next steps :
1. Delete the plugin 2. Go to wp-admin -> appearance -> install plugins, it should pull latest version after we update it.
