Elementor doesn’t need Theme Options, it uses Theme Styles https://guide.the7.io/elementor/user-guide/theme-style/ – but you can enable Theme Options back (fig.1).
What version of WP Bakery are you currently including with The 7? I’m getting a message saying that I need to update my WPB to v7.0 but it’s telling me I need a WP Bakery license to do it. I have 69 licenses for The 7. This is frustrating.

Question: do we have to start editing pages from Scratch? or it can be done automatically? I mean if we upload the 7 with elemetors instead of Wpbakery we have to start all the page designing ?
Hello! I am afraid you will have to rebuild pages – it doesn’t depend on a theme, this is just how these page builders work.

I have downloaded the theme archive and am trying to manually update. But the Archive does not contain the main plugins and these plugins cannot be updated.
Now I see that you have stopped support for IP from Russia. Yes, this hosting is in Russia, although I don’t live in Russia.

Hello! I am afraid it’s not possible.
After the latest update of WpBakery + Ultimate VC Addons, the advanced carousel module generates an error. The carousel stops working, and the entire Chrome browser becomes blocked with the error. I detected the error right after the updates were released in my installation with your template The7, which had been active and working without issues for over a year. I haven’t installed any new plugins, I only launched the updates from the WordPress backend, and immediately after, all pages with a carousel started experiencing issues and the browser became blocked.

“Ultimate Addons” has just released an updated version supposedly fixing the errors from the previous update. Have you been able to test if this update resolves the issues from the previous one?

Hello, I noticed a malfunction in the Floating Header.
Floating header – scrolling does not work correctly in Microsoft Edge (Version 115.0.1901.188 (Official Build) (64-bit)) and Firefox (115.0.3 (64-bit)) desktop browsers.
Problem: When scrolling down the page the menu links don’t work.

As of the last update sites with your theme that were built using the WP Bakery via your theme no longer show the wp bakery button in the edit post/page area… Are you no longer supporting WP Bakery? What is going on with this last update?
Found the issue, the plugin WP Classic Editor is causing the issue… Disable the plugin and you will find the edit with WP bakery button is back in the post/page editor screen… In WP Bakery you can disable gutenburg by clicking the check box next to gutenburg under the general tab…. When I upload the zip file to install the theme, I get the error “The link you followed has expired.” I’ve tried this in Firefox and Edge. I also tried to upload the theme by creating a new zip file using the same files/folders that are in your zip file, but I got a page of critical warnings that broke my site. Please advise on how I can install your theme.

Hi, do you plan to “tweak” wp bakery integration so things like “icons” don’t duplicate? For example, i can’t select the7 icon pack when using wp bakery “just icon’, or in headings or anywhere else, meaning that font awesome (or other third party) is a must choose. Then, if i use your icons in MENUS, theme loads your icon pack, font awesome pack because i can’t use your icons for wp bakery, then it uses even more icon packs and loads them too (icon moon, etc), making it load 3x the data for no reason, slowing down sites.
Can we please have a reasonable experience when using one icon pack only and have an option to stick with it?

My client paid to a company to develop the website long time ago. The purchased the theme on their account, Now the team is out of reach. and my client’s website is not able to update as the theme version is quite old (v.6.1.0). when ever i am updating it saying “Update failed: Download failed. Forbidden” . now the thing is my website backend showing theme is properly registered but we dont have access to the purchase code anymore. what can be done here?
Hello! The purchase code might be blocked if it was used on multiple websites. In such a case your client needs to buy a new license (from his own account).

Hello! This is not a real Item Purchase Code. It’s a pirate copy of the theme. You need to install a clean licensed copy of the theme and scan your website for viruses.
