Hi Porto,

In my webside for 2 languajes: https://www.candleart.es/pt-pt/ and https://www.candleart.es/it/ I alrady added my phone number in the top banner in porto options. But still is showing another (the old). I removed cache and this problem is from a long time ago.

Hi Porto, I selected the Header type 1 (at the top) . (Porto options – header). For my webside: https://candleartesoteric.com/ (here is looking nice). But in my other webside: https://www.candleart.es/ is missing the bag, the whishlist and the shape is less beauty than the first.

Should I modify something?

First of all, thanks for your detailed explanation with links to understand the issue. Please make sure that you have enabled these options: https://postimg.cc/K1cBndHN from the PORTO >> Theme Options >> Header >> Header Type.

Regarding the appearance of the header, you can change the colors from the PORTO >> Theme Options >> Header >> Styling >> as per your need. Then save settings and check back to your issue by clearing the browser cache.

In order to change the red background color, simply navigate to the Dashboard >> PORTO >> Theme Options >> Skins >> Custom CSS >> Paste the below code at the bottom of the black box.

.overlay-color-primary::before{background: blue !important;}

Then save settings and check back to your site by clearing the browser cache.

Note: In the above code the word “blue” is the color you can change it with the color code you want.

Actually, The products are coming randomly by default when there are no values set in the product category widget. But, if you want to set the specific products on the slider.

Simply edit the page and then edit the “Product Category Widget” in the widget settings you can simply add the categories you want like this: https://postimg.cc/Y4vRD2cR then save settings and check back to your site by clearing the browser cache. I hope you will get the desired results.

Today I updated YITH WooCommerce Compare to its latest version (2.29.0) and the site broke. With earlier versions there had no problem at all. I’ve had to deactivate it.

Hello there, if so then the theme has some kinds of issue, because at first try, when I update the theme it causes the above errors, then I have to go to recovery mode to fix it. I update the plugin first, then theme re-install, and it works.

There is no such issue with the theme, you updated the theme, and the old version of the plugin was activated which conflicts because the version was too old. so first you have to disable the plugin and then update the theme and after that update the plugin and activate the plugin back again. It will work for you without any issue.

Does the theme support WP-ENGINE Live cart? We have enabled it and we seem to have a perpetually spinning cart icon when nothing is in the cart. Products can be added fine and everything functions.

Well I simply disabled all the third party plugins on your site and then reset your site using WordPress reset plugin, after that Installed the theme again and Imported the demo, and it worked normally and properly.

ASAP : Why doesn’t the thumbnail image come out from the second time on the product list page

Please make sure that you have set the product gallery images on your site, if not then please edit your products one by one and add/set the product gallery images on your site and it should solve your issue.

Here are two different products on your site:

Thank you for your quick reply. That’s not the problem If you press the Product page, you can see the thumbnail on the first page. If you go to page 2, you can’t see the entire product thumbnail If you click Refresh on that page, all the images will be displayed. :(
