Today I updated YITH WooCommerce Compare to its latest version (2.29.0) and the site broke. With earlier versions there had no problem at all. I’ve had to deactivate it.

Hello there, if so then the theme has some kinds of issue, because at first try, when I update the theme it causes the above errors, then I have to go to recovery mode to fix it. I update the plugin first, then theme re-install, and it works.

There is no such issue with the theme, you updated the theme, and the old version of the plugin was activated which conflicts because the version was too old. so first you have to disable the plugin and then update the theme and after that update the plugin and activate the plugin back again. It will work for you without any issue.

Hi, I use block breadcrumb and insert them into HTML Block in Theme Panel, but I don’t want to show them on a specific page, I try to use this shortcode [porto_block name=”breadcrumb” not_render_page_id=”2026”] with 2026 is page id but it not work. Please help me!

In order to solve your issue kindly navigate to the Dashboard >> PORTO >> Theme Options >> Skin >> Custom CSS >> Paste the below code at the bottom of the black box.

.page-id-2026 .page-top{display:none !important;}

Then save settings and check back to your site after clearing the browser cache. I hope it will resolve your issue.

Does the theme support WP-ENGINE Live cart? We have enabled it and we seem to have a perpetually spinning cart icon when nothing is in the cart. Products can be added fine and everything functions.

Well I simply disabled all the third party plugins on your site and then reset your site using WordPress reset plugin, after that Installed the theme again and Imported the demo, and it worked normally and properly.

ASAP : Why doesn’t the thumbnail image come out from the second time on the product list page

Please make sure that you have set the product gallery images on your site, if not then please edit your products one by one and add/set the product gallery images on your site and it should solve your issue.

Here are two different products on your site:

Thank you for your quick reply. That’s not the problem If you press the Product page, you can see the thumbnail on the first page. If you go to page 2, you can’t see the entire product thumbnail If you click Refresh on that page, all the images will be displayed. :(

1. Our theme is based on the WooCommerce for store functionality, so you can check the default WooCommerce payment options doc here: https://www.ionos.com/digitalguide/hosting/cms/woocommerce-payments/ Other than that you should try with any third-party plugin which better suits your requirements.

2. If you would like to remove the order option from my account page, you can simply use the Custom CSS code, please contact us via our support system after purchasing the theme, so that we will provide you the Custom CSS fix for it.

1. Simply edit the product category page and insert the block slug name into the content bottom option.

If you are using any third party plugin or the cache plugin then please disable it, because most of the times the cache plugin conflicts with our Speed Optimization Wizard functionality, so please try to use the one at a time.

And also try to disable the Lazy Load from Speed Optimization Wizard as well, and check back to your site after clearing the cache of the browser.
