I am extremely disappointed with the support provided for Porto theme. It has been incredibly frustrating as this is now the third time our tickets have been deleted without any resolution. We reached out to seek assistance, but instead, our tickets were deleted. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and leaves us feeling frustrated and unheard. We expected better support and assistance from the theme developers. It’s disheartening to feel like we are being taken lightly. Really sorry for the inconvenience that you faced with working our theme.
I can see you have in total of 105 support tickets. From which 100 tickets have already been replied to and solved.
Only 5 support tickets are opened, and those are unanswered because you have chosen the wrong theme in Form while creating those support tickets, You choose Porto VueJS instead of Porto WooCommerce WordPress and that made the mistake and your remaining 5 tickets did not assigned to our WooCommerce WordPress supporter.
That is the main reason of the ignorance and we are extremely apologizing for it.

Thank you for your inquiry. The cart page is provided by the WooCommerce plugin. Unfortunately, it is not possible to directly edit the Cart page in WooCommerce using a page builder such as Elementor.
However, Porto has the option for the cart page which you can find under Porto >> Theme Options >> WooCommerce >> Cart & Checkout page.
Alternatively, you can use any third-party plugin that better meets your requirements, but please note that this is done at your own risk. Lastly, you can contact the support of the WooCommerce plugin at https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/.

How does one adjust the coloring/image of the custom text in the appointment section. We got the blue background in (Thank you!) but that text is now a little dark, and would like to maybe lighten it up, or put a color overlay on it. I do love the look of that font. Side note – I am betting I could find the answer here in your 21k of comments , but search is impossible since quotes don’t take effect there. If I search for “custom-text-bg-2” it gives me every comment that has the word custom in it. Quite annoying. You guys should complain to Themeforest about it. I am sure it creates a ton of work for you. Maybe half of those 21k could have found answers themselves but were in the same boat as I. . =D

Regarding the appearance of the header, you can change the colors from the PORTO >> Theme Options >> Header >> Styling >> as per your need. Then save settings and check back to your issue by clearing the browser cache.

In order to change the red background color, simply navigate to the Dashboard >> PORTO >> Theme Options >> Skins >> Custom CSS >> Paste the below code at the bottom of the black box.

Then save settings and check back to your site by clearing the browser cache.
Note: In the above code the word “blue” is the color you can change it with the color code you want.

Actually, The products are coming randomly by default when there are no values set in the product category widget. But, if you want to set the specific products on the slider.
Simply edit the page and then edit the “Product Category Widget” in the widget settings you can simply add the categories you want like this: https://postimg.cc/Y4vRD2cR then save settings and check back to your site by clearing the browser cache. I hope you will get the desired results.

Hello there, if so then the theme has some kinds of issue, because at first try, when I update the theme it causes the above errors, then I have to go to recovery mode to fix it. I update the plugin first, then theme re-install, and it works.

There is no such issue with the theme, you updated the theme, and the old version of the plugin was activated which conflicts because the version was too old. so first you have to disable the plugin and then update the theme and after that update the plugin and activate the plugin back again. It will work for you without any issue.
