Hello, I noticed a problem about articles comments, when php is under version 8+ : “Warning: Undefined variable $user_ID in /home/clients/xxxxxxxxx/xxxx/xxxx/wp-content/themes/zox-news/comments.php on line 49” No problem with php 7.4 but please check it.
Problem comes from “Users must be registered and logged in to comment”, in discussion options.

If you are referring to the ads in sidebars, you should be able to use a plugin to display different ads. Otherwise, the other ad areas like the leaderboard ads only take one set of code for all categories.
The themes shows fully on Desktop site however is not fully showing on android site, please check as how the site displays on a phone the website link is here https://bissalah.news

I won’t rule it out, but there are no plans to add it this theme. It is currently available with the ZoxPress theme, though.

Unfortunately, that is not a feature of the theme, and while I do typically perform minor customizations for free, you would need to pay extra for more extensive custom help.

Unfortunately, that is not a feature of the theme, so you will need to find a plugin to implement that feature.

Hey team, I have already provided you with the purchase code. What else do you need? My client purchased the theme and provided the purchase code, which I believe should be sufficient. Secondly, you mentioned that you usually reply within 24 hours, but the last reply I received from you was on June 9th, and there has been no response since then. Are you experiencing any difficulties in replying? We have paid for support and we expect timely responses. Unfortunately, you are not meeting our expectations in terms of response time. I have used many themes with different support teams, and you are one of the few that is causing delays without any apparent reason. Firstly, the theme itself has several issues and is not functioning properly. I have also installed 6 or 7 plugins, including the theme’s recommended plugin. So, I’m wondering if the problem lies on your end or mine?

While that is understandable, I can tell you that the theme currently works just fine and as advertised. But I will also be updating the theme very soon.

cPanel is something your hosting company would handle. And I’m not sure what plugins you are referring to, but the theme does come with several plugins, as mentioned on the main theme page.
